This rude excuse of a manager refused to serve me after I politely asked if he could place my rice in the centre and my two meals on either end not touching. He kept saying “Sorry I no serve you, next! Goodbye!” and waving in my face. He simply put me in the ‘too hard’ because it would take two extra seconds to serve me properly simply because it was too busy. I would never go here, he bullies his customers and his staff and thinks yelling “I very sorry!” at you makes it okay. I have never felt more shocked in my life. This person is a disgusting human and I have no idea why he works in customer service when he clearly has no understanding of what that entails.

Always beautiful meal.. and good service.. Today lunch i go there for lunch.. The shop is so busy.. Alot people for queue.. But the boy still very nice and serve very nice and fast... There food is absolutely beautiful and good customer service..fantastic food and service

The friendly helpful staff make visiting this shop a pleasure. They are always busy but not too busy to say hello and have a chat. They smile despite the rudeness of some of the customers I have seen. There are meals in the Bain Marie but I mostly buy a meal which they quickly make. There are plenty of seats around it in the food court, toilets and wheelchair access. Just an add-on, I just had the Honey King Prawns and they were delicious.

Worst food I’ve ever eaten. Ordered curry chicken, fried rice and steamed dim sums, the curried chicken was thick chunks of thigh which is not what I expected, no veg except potato that crumbled in my mouth like it had been frozen, the fried rice had dry hard chunks on top and no veg except a few pieces of corn and a couple of prawns. The dim sums were the best part, other then those, I honestly couldn’t eat it and threw it in the bin. Nothing was fresh you could clearly tell.

We have been here a couple of times recently and I quite like the food and service. Love eating here look forward to it every time , such a pleasure the service and the food is beyond amazing. The seafood soup was delicious, whatever the soup base is it's a banger. Friendly staff and asked for spice level, said a little and it was spot on.

This is the only place I will buy my Chicken Pad Thai from. It is always delicious and the staff always include everything I ask for like some chilli, extra bean shoots and peanuts. Friendly staff. Totally recommend this place.

They pack up their food at lunchtime and it sits on the bench going cold. Owner "doesn't care" as he told us over and over. Enjoy the salmonella and food poisoning.

The manager is horrible. Have seen him abuse elderly people and refuse service to people asking simple questions. Clearly language barrier is an issue for him as well as general respect for the public. I’m sure the food is decent but if there’s something wrong with it heaven forbid you have an issue and need a manager. I saw the whole thing and you were the first person to yell. Maybe you should explain why it cost more without rice instead of yelling at a confused old man

The guy who runs the place has no clue. Staff cannot take one simple order nor the guy in the kitchen can cook. Had to wait for one simple dish yet not able to deliver and he’s complaining about getting confused. Customers skills is very poor , agree with language barrier but not an excuse if you cannot serve and converse with customers properly. Finally got the food but cold and dry. Looks like food was reheated and reused. It was very rubbery and chewy doesn’t look like it is fresh. For a foul mouth operator with lack of customer skills and poor taste of food not coming back. Not worth the wait such a disgrace I guess you are the owner. And you are very rude, check your recent reviews with your picture. No point in justifying. Try and learn to be polite and respectful, you have a very bad reputation.
