Had a great visit to the Cryospa! My partner and I did the 2 person combo of cryo and sauna. Rachel was incredibly helpful when we arrived and asked us about our previous experiences with cold exposure and sauna to make sure the settings and experience was right for us. We were guided through it all as it was both our first time to these exact technologies. The facilities were clean and it was a lovely experience overall. Worth reading the website thoroughly to ensure you wear and bring the right stuff along. Perhaps it would be helpful to have that info in the booking confirmation too such as towels etc. Can’t wait to come back and maybe try some other treatments too. Thanks again to Rachel for your thorough guidance throughout the visit.

Both me and my girlfriend love the infrared sauna. The saunas are pre-heated, it's very cozy inside and you have the option of watching Netflix, YouTube, listening to music and so on. The people there are also really friendly!

I love this Sauna. The place is really clean, they have a great choice of TV entertainment if you wish to distract your mind and both Rachael and Mitch are lovely. If you are looking for a great infra red sauna experience, look no more. I thoroughly recommend it.

I tried the Salt Room for the first time today, after suffering from some respiratory issues as well as being in desperate need of relaxation. Rachel was so welcoming when I arrived, so informative and bright and bubbly. I felt so comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walked through the door. Having never done a salt room before I went with Rachel’s recommendation after she chatted with me about what I needed. She was spot on! Left feeling so much more relaxed and calm! Can’t wait for my next visit!

It was absolutely lovely! It was my first experience of going to an infrared sauna - definitely nicer than the stones as you have better temperature control. Would recommend

Had the best experience trying out the Himalayan Salt Room! I Felt amazing afterwoods. The customer service by Rachel was amazing!! She gave me a tour around and explained everything with care.😀 I am going to be addicted!!

Great facilities and very clean. I was gifted a Re-energise package voucher, so I had a Cryotherapy session, followed by Infrared Sauna, cold shower then the Salt Room. I had a really fun and relaxing day at Cryo Spa. The guy who operated the Cryotherapy was really knowledgable and I felt very comfortable. The sauna room was fantastic. The shower facilities were very good and clean. The salt room was a nice way to finish it off. Will definitely be back and would recommended it.

I have tried Salt Therapy, Infrared Sauna and Cryotherapy here, and have always had wonderful experience. Staff members are lovely and always make sure they explain everything if you are new to the treatment. Place is always clean.

Easily the best infrared sauna service in Sydney I have used! The staff - Mitch and Rachel were super friendly and accomodating, and the atmosphere and sense of relaxation when you walk in is great! Cheers guys.

We absolutely LOVE coming to the salt rooms. Its such a relaxing space and I feel its helping with my daughter's sinus . The staff are wonderful also. Highly recommend going!!!

Had the most amazing date day here ! Was so excited to take my bf here and I’m very happy we finally did it! We did the Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna , and ​Salt Room . Firstly the cryotherapy session was amazing. Froze my tits off but totally worth it for some anti aging effects. It reduces inflammation and It worked as my pants were looser when I left ! The 2nd part was the infrared sauna. This was really cool and clean. Was in there for 30 mins and I felt like I’ve done a major workout ! Loved it . Then the last part was the salt room. This room is awesome , when you walk in your surrounded by Pink sea salt, the walls are salt bricks and there’s these comfy lounge chairs for you to do your treatment in. I fell asleep because I was so relaxed ! Had a great experience, I would recommend it for a little fun date or bring gfs. I’m going again for sure !!

I love that visiting Cryospa is now a regular part of my wellness routine, the team are always so welcoming and helpful. The facilities are brilliant and the booking system is really user friendly. The membership I have means I don’t have to think about budgeting and it makes me prioritize my me time. Can’t recommend the place enough 😊

Exceptional service! The staff are really friendly and informative. I go there for all my spa treatments such as infrared sauna, salt room, collagen bed and lymphatic draining / dry brushing massages (with Natalia) I always walk out of there on cloud nine and have the best sleep afterwards. I highly recommend Cryospa Clinics and I can’t wait to try all their treatments!! I also love that it’s a pet and child friendly place so you can bring your pooch and kids in too, unlike other day spas !

Really enjoyed the infrared sauna session. Prices are fair and lots of options depending on how frequently you want to go. The room has a smart TV to watch during the session. Personally I enjoyed listening to relaxing music.
