Whether it's a sunny afternoon walk to get a gelato (I tell the kids it's for them but my wife and I love them too😉), or the morning coffee to get me into gear after dropping the kids at school, Positano is very handy for just about any time of the day. I very much recommend the dine-in (or even take-out) food too. I have been a big fan of good Italian pizza for a long time, and I have never been disappointed at Positano! Licensed restaurants are a must in any suburban CBD😊👍

Delicious wood fired pizza, accompanied by tasty pasta and other Italian foods. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Great small and cosy Italian restaurant in the middle of Beecroft shopping precinct. Friendly service and quick. Food at a reasonable price. Plenty of street parking at night. Seems very popular with the locals. Best to book for night time as small. Takeaway seems very popular. Good coffee and fantastic pizza.

Great place, beautiful food, friendly service, love the atmosphere. I tried this place for lunch and they were packed and we were advised that there would be a short wait, which I was happy to do. When the owner noticed that the wait was longer than he expected, he opened up the restaurant which is only opened at night so we could be seated without any further delay. I was impressed and for that reason alone I would come back. So I kept my fingers crossed that the food was just as impressive and thankfully it was 😋 The entrees were a perfect start and it got even better with beautiful and fresh pasta and the pizza (which was my favourite) was light and full of flavor……Definitely worth a try 🤌🏼

Loved coming! The lunch combo - garlic bread and choice of pasta and dessert or drink was perfect! The portion was so generous and flavoursome. The Woodfire pizza we ordered was freshly made and the ingredients are so fresh. Loved the couple and lovely service here . Also had tried their amazing homemade bread and takeaway $10 pastas which is a quick lunch fix! 🥰

This place has such a good vibe, the owners are really friendly. It almost felt like walking into an Italian deli. The woods fired oven at the entry had such fantastic smell to it. Ended up having some great coffee. Apparently the restaurant next door also is owned and managed by the same owners. The grumpy old guy who I presume is the owner just reminds me of my time in torre del greco 😂... Just took me back in time.... Keep up the good work guys...

The experience here was wonderful, the food was amazing and a good introduction to Italian cuisine, the pizza was the best I have ever had. The staff were friendly and hospitable. Will be visiting again

So here we have 5 reviews in one!!!! I stumbled across this gem of a spot yesterday after three bad coffees that were unable to be finished and I thought “ahhhh, I couldn’t possibly get four bad coffees in a row”…. Thank God I stopped at Positano’s Beecroft!!!! The coffee and the service on Thursday morning was so good I just had to try their menu for the Friday night dinner with the wife and three boys. My review: “I’ll be seeing them on Thursday with the boys. This meal was fantastic. The flavours were perfectly balanced and the service was excellent. My wife: “the risotto was the perfect texture, as was a slice of each of the kids pizza.” 12y/o Ted: “foooooood coma with chorizo! Can we come back again?” 10y/o Danny “so much cheese! How many cows did he hey have to milk to make this much cheese?!?!” 8y/o Alex (beavz) “I’m seriously telling my class about this place. Can we have Christmas here? Can we?” Thank you all so much.
