Made an order through the online store. 3 weeks later order was never sent. Company is impossible to contact. Multiple emails and attempted calls. All 5 star reviews seems to be fake.

As a long time acne sufferer, my face was covered with stubborn acne scars that wouldn't fade. I've tried everything from Proactive, to all the anti acne brands you can think of (mario bedescu, kate sommerville etc) Naturopath and even resorted to antibiotics - nothing seemed to really work. I still had daily new cysts pop up and more and more scarring. Came across their blog and read up on their 8 step skincare routine and also LED therapy - which was super helpful and made skincare seem less intimidating (especially with their 8 step curated collection that breaks down step by step on what to apply). I bought the 8 step skincare curated collection for combination skin and the FOREO UFO. It's been about 3 weeks and oh my god.. My scarring has lightened about 50% and skin also seems less oily and just more plump and balanced!! I also had some questions and contacted the team on facebook - they were so helpful and honestly felt like talking to your very own virtual skincare therapist lol. Thank you beauty affairs, thank you for helping me heal my skin!! Very happy with my experience :)

I recently purchased a couple of products for my daily skincare routine from Beauty Affairs. I was very impressed with customer Service who were so helpful when it came to a unique curating a range of product that suited to my skin and concerns. Every product purchased has been amazing, ill re-purchase once i run out. I was very impressed with the Dr Irena Eris Enzyme peel, it really made a difference to my dry skin and some pigmentation. I also have to mentioned how quickly this site shipped! It is great to know that there is a website out there that truly focuses on the end customer. I will definitely recommend this site to friends and family.

Booked in for a facial - went to location - no business there, no signage, no way of getting into the building. Even businesses at this building didn't know it existed. Rang them several times, left message - would've expected a call back since it's a booked facial. Think I got scammed big time.

I liked it very much, and it works really very well... At first, I was a bit scared of any side effects. But, I am glad that there were no such reactions on my face. Also, I would love to buy one more for my sister. 5 stars!

After reading their Derma Rolling 101 blog, I purchased the Lonvitalite Advanced Derma Roller with Interchangeable head and this has completely changed up my skin. A perfect inexpensive way to achieve salon quality skin at home. My skin is so much more glowy! I also tried 2 products from Dr Irena Eris, and you can totally notice the difference! It’s luxury skincare at a reasonable price and I can’t wait to try some of their other products from this brand. Also, delivery was very prompt, so I didn’t have to wait too long to receive these beautiful products!

BE VERY CAREFUL PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY. I am shocked by the amount of positive feedback this company has. I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund from them after nearly two months of waiting for the items I purchased. They sent a tracking number which stated ‘awaiting parcel’ and the company decided not to send it even after multiple back and forth’s with them. Terrible company with shocking customer service. STAY AWAY.
