I LOVE this swimming center. My daughter was at another swim school nearby for one year, and never progressed from that class. She also never gained confidence in the water or learnt skills I wasn’t able to teach her myself. Since starting at Carlile in carlingford, she progressed to the next class after a few months and is so incredibly confident. She can’t wait for swimming lessons every week! Natalie is incredible and so patient with the kids. All the staff are so friendly and professional. We love it here.

I can't speak highly enough of this exceptional swimming school! Our daughter has been part of their program since she was 3 months old, and the progress she's made is truly remarkable. The instructors are amazing. They emphasize technique, provide clear guidance for improvement, and offer regular feedback. All staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, informative, and go above and beyond. The pool is clean, inviting and well set up. A special mention to Danielle and Rhonda for their outstanding customer service. After one lesson, I have no doubt we made the right choice to come here.

We found the teachers and administration staff to be fantastic. My daughter became very comfortable in the pool over her 18 months at Carlile. From being afraid to put her face in the water to swimming solo for short distances, and Natalie was fantastic during her swimming regression. We changed as we could no longer afford the fees compared to others in the area.

Hi guys, I just want to give credit to Declan and his partner who are my son's swimming instructors, are really good trainers, very friendly, and pay attention to the kids. Carlile doesn't have any interest in teaching swimming. They keep kids in same class over a year! When I asked, they keep making excuse about kids skills. My daughter goes to another swimming classes from last 2 months and has learned and gained more confidence than she did in more than a year at Carlile. Also, staff rotation is very high. No stability in coaching for children. ************** Got a stupid response. Can you prove we changed classes for 13 times. This shows stupidity and unprofessional behaviour where staff just lies. I will come there personally to know when we changed classes 13 times. I will let the whole community know how big liars you guys are. Dont tell me about progress as I can see progress in other coaching and it is much better and faster. Generally a business response is resolution, this business response is lies.

Just wanted to thank Carlile swimming and the staff especially one of my kids current teachers Justine, the pool manager Amanda, and the floater Kate who are all incredible with my son Henriks. They have been incredibly patient but also push for progress and my son has improved so much with his skills and confidence in the pool. Thanks again. Highly recommend.

Dec.6 when I received an email from Carlile informing me that my son has been accepted for Saturday class 11 am. The class will start on Dec.9..I was happy so I quickly replied ACCEPT to confirm my acceptance. Dec.7 when they sent out another email (which I didn’t see unfortunately) regarding the payment that needs to be settled within that day. Dec.8 when I saw another email informing me that the slot has been given to another person because I missed to settle the payment. I felt sad and disappointed. My son has been in the centre for like 2 years and I only cancelled because it’s difficult to get my son up on a Saturday morning for 8 am swimming. So we decided to request for 11 am and be on the wait list. Just missing their email to settle the payment just for a day will result in giving the slot to another person. I still hoped and replied to their email since the class will start on Dec.9, I thought I could still fix it so my son can attend the following day, but no. Where’s the consideration Carlile?
