We celebrated our daughter’s sixth birthday party at KiddoKove. Everything from arrangements to food to services were just top notch. The unicorn themed room decorations were beautiful. Staff really helped with food and cake services. Food there is no regular joe. Something as simple as chicken nuggets, pizza and burger were super duper yummy. Big compliments to chef for the same. Their play area is huge and has activities of all kinds for kids as well as adults. We had so much fun playing in the ball pit and sliding through their biggest slide. Our guests loved the party. A special thanks to Jackson for arranging everything.

Really well run, well designed, well looked after place with great staff! They include a lot of “spaces within spaces” in a relatively small area… ball pit, 2 slides, merry go round, dress up, shop, foam building, cube pit, a cool rope playground, and more! Great bathrooms and a cafe!!! In the cafe there’s a full set of 9 video streams to assist observing your child… but in fact there’s also excellent line of sight from anywhere to almost anywhere inside. Today is a good stress test - wet day and heaps of people. Sensibly they capped the max # of people who could come in and took mobile phone #s of families who wanted to queue up virtually to come in. The manager called each family personally when there was space to enter. She gave running queue time updates too. Oh and our little one loves it here too!

This place is clean and has a really thoughtful layout. There are plenty of places to perch as you watch your kids. And the kids who come are really considerate with proactive supervising parents, which is so nice. A few things to note though. The ball pit is shrinking so watch out. I’ve seen kids hurt trying to jump into a ball pit as deep as your ankles. My own kid split her lip falling into the empty pit! The coffee is not amazing (tho often it’s free so…). The staff are great, generally. The projector screen games don’t often work or are badly calibrated so your interactions are off by like 20cm. Lots of good and bad. If you came when the place first opened you’ll be a little disappointed because it’s not the same quality. And it’s expensive!

The place is clean and the staff are always so helpful and courteous. Someone maintains the play area, making sure nothing is laying around the pathway. Food is great from the cafe too. Highly recommend this place. My son loves it!

It’s a very great party in here! The food portions were large, the kids had a great time, the schedule was good, and the staff was very nice!

Expensive for one slide and some play toys. Was not clean when we visited. However they did have sign saying closed for deep clean your health is out priority. Yeah ok, I assumed it would being a child venue. Sign was concerning, but I was already there and my son was ready to go in. They offer you free hour if you purchase food from cafe. However it is all greasy selections. I had the wedges last time and it was very oily. Would you like some potato with your oil sir? Yuck. Could they not offer healthy options? Too hard I guess. They have a ceaser salad but it's not great. Also, I don't like the charge for adults. It just a marketing technique. Why not just add to child entry and leave it there. It's like they expect people cannot calculate total cost. Overall expensive for what it is and that is pretty average in my opinion. Don't let the pretty colors fool you. Technically it is just above basic.

The play place was great, my older kid loved it. However, the staff were not accommodating towards my wife with a newborn. Baby was asleep in the pram and they would not let the pram in through the gates. They also made us pay for her entry even though she wouldn’t be playing with our older kid, only I was. They also made her take her shoes off even though she was not playing.

good service, good quality of drink, clean environment ., they also have washroom for kids and parents., definitely i will come again but unfortunately they only have one trolley for their "supermarket" and this one and only one trolley was broken and they don't fix it yet ! suggest to add two more trolleys for the kids cos' they like this kind of "shopping experience" so much !
