    Authentic Personal Training has truly transformed my fitness journey. The trainers are all about that personalised vibe, making workouts not just effective but enjoyable. Beyond workouts, their nutritional advice adds a holistic dimension to overall well-being. I highly recommend the group programs too!     My experience with Authentic Personal Training has been amazing, right from the time I spoke to Alec and got started - specially with my lovely trainer Sarah. She understands my limitations as a newbie, and has accordingly designed a personalized training program - that is very doable and something that I look forward to every week. The gym's atmosphere is great and I like that we have options to join multiple sessions throughout the week based on what works for me individually. Sarah is also a qualified nutritionist and APT put a great emphasis on wholistic plans (eating right, sleeping right and working out right). Highly highly recommended.

    I joined Authentic Personal training after what had been a difficult time for our family, to help me get some energy and fitness back. Helen has been my rock during my time at the gym, tailoring my sessions to what I needed the most. Great atmosphere, friendly community feeling. Strongly recommend this gym to anyone who is struggling to get fit on their own.

    After losing motivation to go to my gym, I looked for a PT and I am glad I went with APT - the trainers work with you to set achievable goals, and create a personal program, noting down your strengths, injuries, and what you like to work on. They change it up regularly to also keep you motivated and trying new things.  The atmosphere is very friendly , the staff professional, and it feels like a community here. I've definitely enjoyed some of the group challenges like the get fit for spring challenge Definitely recommend!

    If you’re thinking about getting a Personal Trainer this is your sign to do it at Authentic Personal Training! They really care about you, your goals and about building a community within the gym. It’s a really lovely and inclusive environment and made it so easy to show up for my sessions. I love having the accountability of a PT and Tom was the absolute best! He is a triathlete who is training constantly and has completed several Ironmans. Couldn’t recommend him and Authentic Personal Training enough!

    Our experience with Authentic Personal Training has been outstanding, with special thanks to Sarah for her personalized training programs that have made our sessions enjoyable. The gym's fantastic atmosphere, friendly and highly skilled trainers, and commitment to a safe fitness journey have been impressive. The extra variety in programs beyond personal training is a great bonus, and the cozy studio size and welcoming community are much appreciated.

    Alec and his team at Authentic Personal Training hired me (as a Mindset Coach) to present to the gym members for the kick off of their spring challenge. From the first time Daniel reached out, I was taken aback and impressed that the ATP team was so invested in the gym that that they were not only putting on a detailed 30 day challenge to engage all of the members and get them looking and feeling their best, but that they were also hiring an outside person to motivate and inspire the members to achieve their best results for the challenge. The gym and all of the ATP team are so welcoming and warm, immediately when you walk in you know it is a safe and supportive space, which is exactly what I look for in a gym. It was such an honour to meet the ATP community and help kick off the spring challenge. ATP is an awesome gym that goes above and beyond!

    I’ve been training with Mic at Authentic Personal Training since April & have been very happy. I’m currently pregnant so the main focus is back and upper body strength for when bub arrives. Mic takes a cautious approach to my training & is very supportive and encouraging. I also undertake a weights class once a week and there are many other classes on the timetable to choose from such as cardio, run club and mobility. The other trainers are all lovely - everyone always says hello/goodbye & smiles when you you enter or exit the studio. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a boutique PT studio.

😠 The gym was great..new renovation and layout dosnt work at all. Too many members hard to use equipment even during weekdays. You need to set a timer to book classes even then they book out as soon as they open
