Josie is fantastic at lashes!! She puts a lot of effort into her work and really cares for her clients. Cynthia is amazing for brows, I've been told by other salons that my eyebrows are difficult to work with but she really works hard to tame my brows and does an excellent job! The venue is very clean and comfortable with nice background music and air-con! Josie will even give you a blanket if you are cold :)

Booked in for a natural hybrid set of lashes requesting a B curl with Cynthia. I showed her a picture of a set so she could get an idea unfortunately it didn’t turn out even close. 1.5hr for a full set which is super fast to complete & hoping my natural lashes aren't stuck together with stickies. I ended up with a chemical burn to my eyes as the glue used was extremely strong. It had left my eyes very red & painful. Their lash material feels hard & shinny like plastic not soft & silky. I message Cynthia first thing the next day. It seems this happens quite regularly in her salon with how she brushed me off with her reply “oh it happens & will get better in 5 days” She chose not to take any accountability for it. Refusing my request for a refund giving me only all the excuses she could come up with. As a senior lash artist I’m fully aware that with proper technique & A grade products in the end this shouldn’t have happened but it did happend. Very poor customer service with no duty of care taken I am truly traumatised with such a horrible experience at Skins & Lashes.

I have been coming to this place for 3 years. Favourite place to get my eyelash extensions done. Always leaving the place feeling beautiful, not just from the lashes but the amazing customer service. Always a pleasant experience coming here and I highly recommend!

Love this place! I'm so glad I have been able to find a place to become my go to for my lash extensions. Been going to see Josie for my lashes for over 1.5years now. The girls are so lovely and so is the shop. Comfiest recliner chairs, chilled out tunes and I often can't help but nap 😊. Highly recommend Skins and Lashes!

I've been visiting S&L for my eyelash extensions since they first opened and can say it's honestly the best beauty salon I've ever been to. Both Siyanna and Cynthia are experts in the field, and I always feel assured that the eyelash extensions being applied are of top quality and done in a safe and professional manner. The salon decor and environment is also beautiful, very hygienic and relaxing, the perfect spot to get pampered!

I have been coming to get my eyelash extensions every 2-3 weeks since 2 years ago and am always very happy with both the result and the service here. I really appreciate that the girls took the time to understand my eyelash conditions as it varies to each individual. It did take some time to eventually find the most suitable product and style but it became effortless for the most desirable result after the initial period of experiment. As someone who has been getting eyelash extensions for more than a decade, I honestly can say it’s a bliss to have the peace of mind that I will always have a consistent and nice looking set of eyelash. It’s definitely rare to come by. I would gladly recommend S&L skins and Lashes to anyone without any hesitation.
