Woeful experience. Tried ringing store was kept waiting 20 minutes no response so I retired x 8 times to no avail. Bunnings is unprofessional by showing stores stock items and they have none even though it states they do. This is an ongoing issue in all stores. As I needed an item ($330.) I gambled and paid for click and collect when no one answered for x 45 minutes. So I paid and received confirmation. I was pleased that it was available. It was there. I had to drive for an hour and 10 minutes to pick this up. I parked at the click and collect and rang the number. Whilst speaking to this worker the fire alarm went off, I asked her what and where I was to go and she did not direct me. So I noticed others and followed them onto open grassed area in the rain. Fortunately I had a warm jacket but I noticed other customers with young children only in t shirts and a baby in a capsule. Another older woman very shaky. I walked up and asked the lady if she was ok. We chatted and she had experienced no response trying to ring the store yesterday and given misleading information that contradicted what was online. So we shared a similar experience. I looked to my right hand side and noticed all the Bunnings workers congregated together away from customers I became concerned that I saw no worker check on customers. I walked over to a mature worker and asked why workers were not checking on customers and that it was an zoH&s duty of care to do so. He laughed at me and a younger male worker began laughing at me. When I asked why this was funny x 3 young female workers were laughing also. I noticed people were going under the carpark. I was frustrated and humiliated. Then a woman asked me to calm down without introduction. She said she was the manager and when I told her she dismissed my experience. I said I want my order and will be lodging a complaint she was totally unprofessional. Note I had spent good money and travelled after nil answering of phones. I then rang customer support to complain ...and told there was one person ahead of me. So I waited and waited ...I travelled to Picton an hour away and I was still on hold. Nil success getting any assistance!!!! This is atroshes service on should be ashamed. I am going to ring OH&S complaint to let them know no Duty of care was given in this fire alarm and I drove home extremely upset. Shameful experience.

Went to Bunnings Kembla Grange to see the "new" pet section. Wow!!! They have everything you could possibly want for your dog or cat. Food, toys, leads, beds, jackets, kennels, mats, bowls, washes, brushes, and anything else you can think of. Very convenient when going to Bunnings for hardware.

They have EVERYTHING!!! I've been to a few different bunnings warehouses before but this one is soooo big. It may take awhile but whatever you're looking for, it'll be somewhere in here!

A large Bunnings store with plenty of parking. Escalators to go up to the higher levels so you don't have to climb stairs! I will be going back. Great range of stock.

Could spend all day here, very helpful staff, and so many great products.

My first time into this Bunnings and the aisle I needed to go to was blocked some guys working in there, and no one would help me until one a staff member in red Di gave me a hand and not only got me what I was looking for but even offered some great advice. I returned later for more and one of the guys working in the aisle explained he didn’t work for Bunnings but would love to help was so kind. We shared some stories and a laugh as rugby fans, I wish they had this quality customer service everywhere
