They've since moved up to the main entrance floor, on the open-mall side of the entire place. It's much more spacious and more obvious, given their corner listing by the escalator. Was there for Black Friday weekend, and I must admit, I was pretty impressed by the 50% off RRP discounts that they were running. Finally walked out with 4 pairs of shoes setting me back about 230AUD (the price of an otherwise full priced shoe).

We were actually enjoying shopping here until one of their staff came around and started talking to us and some of the other customers in a loud, rude condescending tone. He blamed us for dumping boxes around us without checking if they were ours and then went on to banging boxes back in place saying he was too busy to help anyone. Initially we thought maybe he was having a bad day but he was back at the billing counter and his rudeness continued there too which was shocking as he seemed to want to create a scene or pick a fight. I’m not sure if he’s ever worked in retail before but sale periods are always busy and so we didn’t really understand why he was removing his frustration on us. We went to Nike and asics before and the staff were extremely helpful and polite so not sure what he was on about. If he saw so many boxes, he could have requested us to leave them back after checking if they were ours or maybe got some other staff to help - there was NO need to be rude. This has to be one of the most disappointing customer experiences I’ve ever had.

Great selection of best sellers. Although you have to be quick to get your sizes. Double check sizing with the staffs for those last minute cancellations.

good prices and friendly staff, I was approached by Andy who was so helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help and check for the right fit for me, and the store was quite busy. great experience

excellent experience!! If management see this Andy deserves a massive raise. In the middle of reorganising some shoes he still went out of his way to help me find some comfortable running and casual shoes. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He picked a few styles of shoes in my price range told me to try them out for look and feel and made great suggestions for runners for my husband that I could get for free! I have to say Andy was a natural, extremely focused, and attending other customers in the same manner as he was to me. Wish all stores could have service like this

Great store, 50% off made everything a bargain. I was originally quite disappointed by the poor service and the staff were too busy talking to each other to serve me however that changed after being served by Andy. He went out of his way to make sure I found a pair of shoes that fit me and helped me find a very comfortable pair of runners. Best service I've received in a store

I came in and made a big purchase and that employe Phil is such an abusive and rude person. He was so rude to me saying this is not a good day for big purchase. Then attacked his colleague for assisting me. He should never be around customers and obviously need anger management plan and tantrums plans. Never again adidas

Today my sister & I had the pleasure of Andy serving us, what an asset to your shop, amazing customer service made sure to explain current promotions as well as suggesting other styles such a pleasure to receive great service with a smile, also Xavier would also check if we needed any assistance, well done to management for selecting theses boys on your team, my sister commented she has never enjoyed shoe shopping as much as she did today.
