Plenty of shops to visit and i appreciate the variety of stores, but I want to mention the kids playground in particular. It is really nice my 2 year old loved it, and im a sucker for a good food court. Plenty of seating throughout as well

Disable parking was easy to find with the overhead number system and spaces with large room too. Concierge staff were wonderful and helped with everything I needed. Thanks so much Sara!

Absolute disgrace by a rich greedy corporate during a cost of living crisis to reduce free parking limits at Chatswood from 4hrs to 3hrs in time for long days of festive season shopping. Firstly they entice everyone to give up their personal information by downloading their app to get 4hrs free parking and then after they have all your information they back peddle back to 3hrs. You charge your tenants a fortune to have a shop there which customers come to spend money in that you take a percentage of and then on top you think it’s appropriate to charge the customers for parking to come and do that. Just absolute greed. No wonder people are shopping on line rather than come to an old centre like this and eat in the worst food court in Australia to pay inflated prices due to your ridiculous charges. At Least Chatswood Chase & Macquarie have always been 3hrs & not tricked people into giving up personal data in an App in exchange for a parking benefit that is then scrapped. I hope your staff are also struggling with the cost of living that companies like yours are creating.

Chatswood has changed so much in the last three decades. The shops at Westfield changed a lot. The village feeling at Chatswood is no longer there, unfortunately. Perhaps it was a reflection of changing demographics. The development of Concourse brought in a different vibe. As well as the hawkers' lane inside Westfield. So many businesses came and went. However, Westfield remains the same. It still a nice place to shop.

A good variety of shops with your high end luxury retails to your discount stores you get everything. There are fantastic restaurants here as well. Parking is ample and there are many areas to park depending on where you want to go.

One visit in over a year and yeah, two famous Westfield broken escalators. Any Westfield you go to, any time, you'll find a broken escalator or Travelator. Also the toilets are the dirtiest and smelliest I've seen in any Westfield in all of Sydney.

Over the years, coming to this Westfield is not only becoming a problem but it is frustrating. Some days we cannot leave our driveway due to cars blocking the road as they que to enter this building. Once inside the car park, is chaotic. People park their cars(whilst waiting in their car), in the middle of lanes for long periods of time to get the first available spot in the section they have blocked. There are no security guards policing these people blocking the lanes or to tell these people to move on in order to create a fair and courteous parking system. It’s just really sad seeing what’s happened over the years. If you can avoid, do so. I only drive here when I can’t carry things home. There are very few good shops left in here too. It’s become a food court and grocery hub.. that’s about all that’s good about it, if it’s even a perk at all.

Overall, Westfield serves very well as a local shopping mall. Built really well, lovely. Organised, spacious and useful. Very well done, should come shop. 👍

It's a shopping centre, had a great range of shops but since getting rid of the food court, dining options have been more limited. If I want a big range of stuff I always come here, have been a Chatswood local for 20 years and this is my default shopping centre.

My go-to shop in chatty. Hawker Lane is great for your choice of Asian fast food. The fruit shop is also newish and not overpriced. Overall, the place is clean, more shops are open compared to Chatswood Chase. Westfield has a more vibrant atmosphere

Today I received great customer service from Security Officer Steve. My mum and I arrived in Westfield with twins in a double pram and lost our handbag. The phone wallet and car keys were all inside. After checking lost and found at Concierge, Steve asked questions about our route and checked CCTV to help exclude the locations and when my mum was last holding the bag. In the end, we successfully found the bag following the clues. He was very easy to communicate with, understood the situation quickly and provided great service, it was great help to us.

Love Chatswood as my house is just two stops from here, my son works here & it has a queer Asian vibe about this place . Not too big & not so crowded a tourist like me does not get lost here.

Very good shopping center, you can buy everything from this shopping center. They have a good kids playground just in front of Ding Tai fung. Parking is 2 hours free but if you have Westfield app, it will be 4 hours.

Power went out while we were there. Many shops closed because of this. Seemed like ancillary power came on after that but shops seemed reluctant to open.

The Wonder of Disney Princes at Westfield is an absolute delight! The staff at the Wonder of Disney Princes at Westfield is incredibly patient with kids! I was amazed by their genuine care and understanding towards the young visitors. They went above and beyond to ensure that each child felt comfortable and included throughout the experience.

I don't go there very often because the parking is only 2 hours and if u download their App..you get 3 hours and fr that... Westfield gets all your details n car rego etc. (Free marketing list for them)..hence I prefer to shop at Chatswood Chase where the parking is still 3 hours..n you can have your meal there too in the Food Court...more dining options

I absolutely love Westfield in Chatswood, fresh, vibrant and it has a fabulous app that helps with your parking! I love shopping there, enjoy going to the movies, going to Timezone with the kids, it has everything and it’s big but you don’t get lost! Its the best Westfield for me as I have had nothing but good experiences, that’s for sure!!!

A great range of shops including Zara, Myer, & Target. There are also good playground facilities & other things to keep the little ones amused. You'll get 4 hours free parking if you download the Westfield Chatswood App (making the shopping experience less stressful I have found).

Coming here is a refreshing change from my local Westfield. Lots of shops and good places to eat. Been traveling to go here since it's our closest timezone which is lots of fun. There was free face painting near nandos last time we went which the kids loved. Looking forward to our next visit.

Had dinner at din tai fung. It was a nice experience. However the public toilets near the restaurant and the playground were horrible (I used it at 530pm and 7pm on 31/10/23). Lots of toilet papers on the floor, papers sticking out from the toilet bowl. Look like no one cleans it for a long time.

Lovely shopping centre with a variety of good shops; it's a good alternative to the crowded ones in Sydney CBD (some there didn't even have any seats for tired people to rest 😵). We loved😍 the Belgian chocolate and Ice Cream shop, and we had nice croissants (warmed up for excellent service) and beautiful coffee from SAM'S DINING AND DESSERTS😉.Thanks for the pleasant experience. Please don't increase the rents for the businesses so we will be able to find this kind of variety again in the future. 🙂

Santa photos at Westfield Chatswood are a total waste of money. No effort was put in making the photos look better. No lighting etc. they are just charging insane for the kind of setup they have. I was so excited for my baby's first Christmas photos

Really nice mall. My local mall. Big problem though with the escalators. Can't remember the last time they were all working. And it's a bit of a walk from one set to the other. If you have all day you can wait for a lift.

It was wonderful to have a craft station! My 4 year old daughter really enjoyed colouring in, but origami was too difficult for her (her Dad).

Exorbitant parking fees and the food places inside close early. Bit of a maze to navigate. Payed $50 for parking on a Monday night so I could go watch batman (underwhelming in it's own right) - how anyone can charge that on a dead quiet Monday is beyond me. Might have driven through the boom gate if I had a bull bar.

Would give less than 1 star if I could! The toilets near priceline are a mess. 2 toilets didn't flush and the doors had locks that were barely working and hanging on, with damaged doors. Sinks were dirty. Considering we are still in the midst of covid, I don't think enough cleaning is being done. No paper towel to wipe hands. The hand dryers only leak water all over the ground and take a long time to even slightly dry your hands. The bathrooms have a dank and dirty smell as well. Clearly no money from shop rent or parking is going back into the centre to keep it in nice working order. Parking fees should be reviewed too! I won't be coming back due to this alone. Have been coming here for many years. On this trip i went to get my hair done, nail salon, lunch and then some shopping at Myers. Spent a small fortune at the centre only to get stung $50 for parking. When trying to pay for parking the machine didn't work. Called on the machine for help. The operator was polite and apologetic and offered to take $20 off my parking. This didn't happen and still paid $40 at the gate. I don't mind paying for parking but that rate is a joke. Can shop online at Myers for free and support smaller shopping centres with little to no parking fees. Many shops offer cheaper deals for online shopping too or offer products not available in store.

good mall, very well laid out and not at all confusing like other shopping centres that i've been to. it's easy to find where everything is and (at the same time) very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. my only complaint is that not a lot of people were wearing masks, and the policy should probably be enforced.

Yummy yummy yummy Indeed! It's like I've eaten an eggs Benedict but in sandwich form! The burger was amazing too! The serving sizes are big so it will get u full! Fairly priced as well! I can see this becoming very popular!

Great shopping centre. Well worth visiting. I was pleasantly surprised to find Aldi and Just cuts inside. I could only find just cuts after asking the concierge..after finding the concierge. It would be great if they had some easier ways to find the store that you are looking for. There is some directional signage which is great for those businesses that have those signs but some additional maps at the entrances or something would be very helpful- especially given that there are different buildings and so many floors in each one.

This place is always happening, busy and full of people. I would easily get on the train any day to go out of my way to go there. The public transport access is nearby one of the best.

Nailed it - found a parking spot that was convenient to my click-and-collect entry point. Grabbed the click-and-collect and was gone from the parking lot. It was almost as fast and pleasurable as voting no will be in the upcoming 2023 Referendum.

Westfield Chatswood is a great place for shopping. You might get lost the first time you go there, but that's also an opportunity to discover the various stores and food outlets 😁

Pretty good shopping center. Very big with tons of stores in it and also a cinema and nice food court. However it is easy to get lost because the layout isn’t that straightforward.

A great range of specialty stores with something for everyone and free parking for the first few hours. Download the Westfield app for bonus free parking. In car-park paid car washing services are available. Browse the many and varied stores in an air-conditioned, relaxed environment with plenty of parking for your next shopping experience.

This Chatswood Westfield shopping centre is so big. Plenty shops and few food court upstairs and downstairs. Also have a entertainment inside. Timezone and cinema. I been trying some delicious food and drink inside Westfield food court. This is a pics for one of the best desserts shop inside. The location is downstairs near food court. Must try.

Westfield shopping centres are the worst shopping places ever. I always feel suffocated there because it is fully sealed, not a ray of sunlight, no fresh air, you are breathing the same breath, gasses, and sweat of a large crowd. I hope that retailers find better open shopping areas or street side shops.

  • 5/5 Zach K. 1 year ago on Google
One of the best malls in Sydney. Great experience with friends and offer a wide range of entertainment and dining services. Many shops for different items. Great for kids to have a blast. I go there frequently and I would reccomend it to everyone although the place can get a bit crowded and noisy.

Good place to shop and eat. Parking was difficult on weekends. When I was there, some kids were throwing food at people at the food court and recording on their phone. Definitely need more security guards.

Great initiative for little ones on a cold weekend! Two ladies painting faces instead of one would be better though! Line would move faster! ☺️
