Work makes me travel and with that comes new places, new experience, discovering new and different things and meeting more people. πŸ‘πŸ‘ŒπŸ€— Had an hour or so before office so decided to explore the Westfield mall. Really nice retailers, especially of some of my favourite brands. Found some pretty good stuff for my son too. David Jones collection here is better than some other Westfields. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff of every store that I visited made my day. It was a week day so mall was not busy. Worked perfectly to my πŸ‘ like. 🌸 Nice eateries too. Mall is old and probably needs to be updated, but service is pretty good. I ended my shopping with coffee and strawberry churros from Oliver Brown. Really nice and soft spoken girls. I noticed they showed heaps of respect to their customers. Took some pics while awaiting on my order. Also the girl at Tommy Hilfiger took the initiative to give me a call after I left, for my convenience regarding something I wanted. Thank you for that. Much appreciated πŸ‘πŸŒΈπŸ¦‹. Will probably be visiting this mall often until I get allocated a parking for my work here. Overall good experience. πŸ‘ πŸŒΈπŸ¦‹πŸ¦‹πŸŒΈ

Walking distance of 10 minutes from Burwood station. Excellent layout with numerous branded shops, household consumables shops, grocery stores, clothing and accessories, electronics and many more. Ample parking spaces. Event Cinemas available. A large spacious food court at level 2. Plenty of seating arrangements within the shopping mall.

My friend and I chose to visit Westfield Burwood for a full day shopping experience. Well, the selection of stores did not disappoint. The centre was quite lovely considering there was obvious upgrades in progress, inside and out. The biggest disappointment was the price of parking. My goodness! We enjoyed our shopping experience only to be slogged a $45 parking fee. What!! Sorry Burwood,. I will stick to the South. Shame

Not even worth the star.. STAY AWAY! It is not a shopping centre just a giant car park. Staff have no idea about traffic flow. So far it's taken 45 minutes to move two car lengths. Management refuses to answer their help line and simply delete your post from their Facebook page. Heaven forbid you have an emergency as their emergency number is set to voicemail. Has to be the most poorly mismanaged centre in the whole of Australia, nevermind NSW.

My first time at Westfield Burwood. Arrived at 8:30am to beat the crowd. Plenty of parking. Lifts down/up to level you wish to go to. Didn't have time to explore every level. Will go back another day. Pleasant time to go shopping.

A nice clean and well appointed shopping centre. I would like them to consider a location to park bikes..I could not see one. It would be good of some these corporates did not just mouth off about climate change but made a few concrete changes and initiatives and not be so car centric

Alright shopping centre, best Kmart in the Inner West area. In need of an update like Burwood Plaza, dirty floor tiles and outdated outdoor and indoor shop signage. Target and David Jones locations are still stuck in 2002. Vending machines have been removed from escalators and new smart vending machines are very hard to use. I'd say this was a good shopping centre back in the late 2000s but it's starting to show its age.

Was quite impressed by this Westfield. My experience quite exceeded my expectations. On the Monday morning that we went, parking was ample, lifts were fast, all the escalators and travelators were working, the food court was not crowded and the centre facilities were clean. A good selection of shops spread over a compact footprint relative to other larger Westfields. Had never visited this particular centre before but will definitely be returning in the future!

I have a great time there, but remember the free parking is 2 hours only and the closing time is 6 pm. Try Burwood China Town after 6 pm. There are a lot of foods.

Good shopping centre with a good variety of stores. The food hall could have a few better choices of eateries as nothing really appealed to me there though others seemed happy. Nice seating area though.

The place is always crowded. It's either because it's a great place to be or folks have nothing else better to do. While my opinion is the latter considering the number of school kids roaming like wild packs (they can't help it; where else are they able to hang out away from the elements?), most of the employees are really friendly. The vast majority of stores are clothes (surprise, surprise), but at least they all don't look the same.

They Have everything you need and its in a heart of Burwood. So its just a few minutes from train station as well as the bus stops just behind the Westfield which makes it very convenient as well as they have huge car parking space and foodcourts.

My recent visit to Westfield Burwood left me thoroughly impressed by the array of shopping options, dining choices, and overall convenience offered by this bustling shopping center. With its mix of fashion, electronics, entertainment, and more, Westfield Burwood truly stands as a diverse shopping haven. The layout of the mall is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through the different levels and sections. From well-known fashion brands to specialty stores and electronics outlets, the variety of options ensures that every shopper can find something of interest. The presence of anchor stores and a major supermarket adds to the convenience of one-stop shopping. One of the standout features of Westfield Burwood is its food court. The diverse range of dining options, catering to various cuisines and dietary preferences, is impressive. Whether you're in the mood for international flavors or classic comfort food, the food court has something to satisfy every palate. The mall's cleanliness and maintenance were also noticeable. Clean and well-kept common areas contribute to a pleasant shopping environment. Additionally, the accessibility of restrooms, seating areas, and parent rooms was appreciated, making the shopping experience more comfortable for all visitors. The presence of entertainment options, such as cinemas and gaming arcades, adds an extra layer of fun to the shopping experience. Whether you're looking to catch a movie or entertain the kids, Westfield Burwood has you covered. While the mall's size and variety are undoubtedly its strengths, they can also be slightly overwhelming. With so many stores and options, it's easy to spend a lot of time exploring, so planning your visit based on your shopping priorities could be beneficial. In conclusion, Westfield Burwood is a shopping destination that offers a well-rounded experience. Its variety of stores, diverse dining options, and entertainment choices make it a popular hub for both locals and visitors. Whether you're looking for fashion, electronics, entertainment, or a delicious meal, Westfield Burwood has it all under one roof.

Went to a couple of places. Had Starbucks Starbucks was decent priced was quite busy but it seem to be large enough and very well planned layout to accommodate everyone there and actually had a great time even just around the shopping centre. It’s nice for a walk especially a nice sunny day and yeah can’t complain about anything. Also loved the Chinatown area.

First time shopping at this center ,arrived at 9.27am and left at 11.32am i was slugged a parking fee of $6 technically that cost me just over $1 a minute for the 5mins i stayed over the time. First of all i wasn't aware of the paid parking when i went there, but i would like to know how can people go shopping in a center with a pram or wheelchair as i have and complete there shopping within the 2 hrs? I feel the tenants are defiantly paying the price for this greedy shopping center parking policy because it definitely was not very busy for a Thursday . I will not be shopping there again .

A great shopping mall with a wide range of products, from cosmetics to fashion and many lovely restaurants/cafes. It is in an amazing location adjacent to the tranquil Burwood park and an extremely close walk to Burwood station. It is often quite busy but not in a crowded or overwhelming way with easy access to various levels of entertainment!!!

Westfield Burwood offers an excellent shopping and family bonding experience in the inner west area. It is conveniently situated in the heart of Burwood. As a Muslim visitor, I was pleased to find that it is accommodating to Muslim needs, with a wide selection of halal food options in the food court and supermarkets. One suggestion for improvement could be to consider extending the free parking hours for members to match Westfield Parramatta, which allows for up to 4 hours of free parking. 😊

One of the best malls. Has almost all popular brands, franchises, retail outlets. Great food court too. Parking facilities are top class. Get 3 hours of free parking by registering for free as a member. Very easy to get in and out. How I wish they also had an EV charging station.

The business complex has enough natural light passing through the fancy geometric design. We love this place for family shopping. This place provides groceries, wide variety of choices in clothings, trendy fashion materials, decorations, ornaments, branded shops and much more. There are play stations for kids. The parking is very expensive and please don’t forget the region where you parked your car.

This shopping centre is a beacon of hope for those living in the inner-west/western suburbs border. It’s home to proper brands that are universally known for their excellent quality, namely - Kathmandu, David Jones, Seed, General Pants, Foot Locker, etc. They still have those small markets selling bubble poppers and other plastic junk. Their food court has improved and there’s a lot of seating there. I do wish this Westfield all the best in maintaining a positive reputation and convenience for loyal locals.

Absolutely dislike the parking experience at this place. The steep entry ramps, the limited spots and short standard 2hour parking. Best to sign up for Westfield membership app to enable 4hour parking. Otherwise be prepared to pay for parking.

Nice place. Except Kmart and Woolworth all other stores close by 5 to 6 pm. Food court also closes by 5:30pm. Would have been better if food court remains open till 8pm.

Today I went to Westfield Burwood and was pleased with the beauty and cleanliness of that place and of course this is due to the good management and staff. There are also beautiful and varied shops of clothes, shoes, food and others. Of course, I will visit that place frequently. Thank you all.πŸ‘πŸŒΉβ˜•πŸΉπŸ‘›πŸ‘—πŸ§£

I won't go to Westfield Burwood to watch movies anymore. It only gives 3 hour free parking. Today I arrived at 12.40pm to watch 1.05pm Elvis. I left immediately at the end of the movie and at the exit, I needed to pay $8 parking. 3 hours cinema parking is not enough. Better to go to Macquarie Shopping Centre which gives 4 hours cinema parking.

What: Your run of the mill large shopping mall. Why: Has what you need - large grocers, cinemas, major clothing retailers and a variety of small merchants. For this it gets an extra star. Why not: Parking. Specifically getting in and out. Most shopping centre parking lots are so poor that they are probably designed by aspirant architecture students. This is not the case for this shopping centre. No no, this level of mess feels more like deliberate, targeted malice - not benign incompetence. I didn't actually time how long it took us to leave but I wished I had packed a picnic lunch for the wait. My average fuel consumption went up by more than a litre per 100km between leaving the parking spot and actually reaching the exit, and I wasn't even parked more than one level down like some other poor sods. When we finally did see the light, the queueueueueueues of cars trying to get in were literally more than a kilometre long - even worse than trying to get out. And this was an average Saturday (7 May, to be exact), not a month-end or any other sort of special occasion. The mind boggles. If I am ever forced to return, I'd rather walk the 10km from home than face having to use the parking again.

Definitely not my favourite but they have every shop that you can think of,the decorations of the food court very nice πŸ‘Œ lady's toilet no so clean. I enter 4 different shops and only 1 said hi, how are you,can I help you with anything ?i definitely doesn't cost anything to welcome customers to the shops .
