Rude staff. Needed to exchange a faulty item so I was waiting at the front of the store for her to free up. I had every intention of waiting until everyone in line had paid to show her the faulty product. She basically treated me like someone pushing in even though I stood quite a distance away from the counter. After producing an eftpos slip which was all she had given me the day before, she says their company policy is to have receipt for exchange. I told her it was all I had gotten when I paid for it. Even though she could do the exchange with the eftpos slip, she felt like she needed to teach me their store policy! No matter what the circumstance she always needed to get the last word that their policy is original receipt for returns. I didn’t come back to exchange for fun! It was a faulty product and I just want another one that works! She didn’t give me the receipt again after the exchange. And not once did she apologise on behalf of her company for the faulty item.

Love this store , clean , tidy and well organised products.staff are friendly and helpful. You can always find cheaper alternative products at Miniso at Affordable prices and at the same quality of thoes from competitors. Must go to place for essential products.

I like these Minisos... not much more than the actual Japanese pricing and a good weird collection... Eclectic one might say... of products.

Reasonable price. But nit that durable. So long run you may not get the benefit of cheaper price if you end up throwing it away quickly.

Visited on 16/12/2020 at 4:53pm. Glass door closed. One staff cashing up. Staff politely stated, (but could not hear, only can lipread) closed at 4:45pm not 5pm. Google operating hours are incorrect. Please update on Wednesdays close at 4:45pm, NOT 6pm.

They have really adorable yet in style designs and accessories. And good quality too for a really good price
