I love the food from this joint BUT needed to give them one star for terrible customer service on the phone by the guy at the counter. He was extremely rude to me. Yelled throughout the call. Refused to let me place the value meal order and trying to overcharge me when I told him categorically what the menu online said. I had to give up and order via their website instead as he was pressuring us to cancel or place the wrong order. Went to pick up the order and I explained to him his error just to be met with more attitude. He showed me a thumbs up and waved me away. What a nightmare of a person! Ruined my night. To make matters worse my premium possitano pizza had no ricotta cheese!! The restaurant was closed so I couldn't go back for a refund

Delicious food and friendly service. They also have a separate plant based menu. We started with yummy olives and garlic crust. For mains we had pillowy soft house made truffle gnocchi and vegetable lasagna. For dessert we finished with tiramisu which comes with an espresso and limoncello as a digestivo. For aperitivos, they also do great mocktails such as the Baby Bellini, Special Sunrise, Shirley Temple and a delicious Italian golden ale called Menabrea Blonde. The Restaurant is also accessible by train as it’s just 5 minute walk from the railway station. Will definitely be back!

They do pasta and pizza really well! 🍝🍕 My absolute favourite is the roasted pumpkin risotto 🎃, I get it every time I dine here. The side dishes can be a hit or miss, some are more worth it than others. This can be said for the special menu items too. Everything is generally delicious, but just not necessarily worth it for the price. Service is top notch, very friendly staff who are enthusiastic with their service. The lighting here is worth mentioning as well 💡 This is the kind of restaurant where you would want to host celebratory events 🍾✨, or intimate dinners 🍷, and having a perfectly done dimness to the lighting makes group photos extremely flattering as the light is not directly shining on your face. I do feel like they are a bit under-appreciated in the Rhodes suburb, but I’m glad they’re here 🥺 (Note: they do have a sunday surcharge of 10%)

Food is delicious and well presented. Staffs are very friendly and professional. We’ve been here many times in the past few years and every memory was enjoyable. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Overall, the food was decent; the mussels were pretty good. Both pastas were also pleasant although the portions were quite small. Slight criticism on the waiting times between the entrée (mussel) and the main (Waited over half an hour for the pastas to be served) considering that the restaurant capacity was not even half full. Staff were friendly and polite and the environment was pleasant.

The vegan menu here is 🔥 I had a pasta and we shared a garlic crust pizza with vegan cheese which was super crisp and delicious. My husband ordered the diavolo which was genuinely spicy and he said it was equivalent to the best pizza he'd ever had. Would recommend for vegans or anyone else who likes good Italian food ☺️

Overall a pleasant Italian chain without too much excitement or difference in the dishes it offers. The service js friendly but at times a bit slow, overall pricey but expected for the style of food and location. Would recommend for a pizza the meatballs and arancini are not particularly performing. The option of the sharing platter/board is a better choice, but it depends who you are eating with. Otherwise pleasant enough just point of view of quality/availability and price not particularly a stellar choice. Not that this is the particular restaurants fault

A quiet and relaxing atmosphere for me at Andiamo's. Ordered the truffle gnocchi, a small house pizza and the rocket salad. Serving size was enough. Price wise, I would consider it a tad bit on the pricier side. Gnocchi was nice and pillowy, though it needed abit more flavour. Rocket salad and pizza was good but not a stand out. Service was prompt and friendly. Condiments was provided.

Amazing food and cocktail menu. We'll surely definitely want some more. Also, food served well and staff were attentive. Me and my partner had wonderful time together.

The restaurant was nestled in the foot of an apartment building. Would have passed on it if not for my friend recommendation. Service was lovely and attentive, food came out fast and well seasoned. Their chilli oil is a good condiment to any dish. Special mention to the risotto and chili crab linguine :)

My new fave italian restaurant. Their pasta and pizza are so delicious. Booking in advance is highly recommended. Family friendly. Toilet available. Really nice ambience.

Superb meal with a nice atmosphere. We had the Truffled Mushroom pizza which was to die for! Then spaghetti Marinara, penne Pollo e Pesto and Lasagne which were all beyond exceptional!

We were visiting from Brisbane. Our friend took us here for dinner. Could not ask for a better experience. The food was so flavoursome and portion sizes were good. My husband is coeliac and they were so aware and very attentive. The staff were lovely and our waitress was such a character that only added to our experience 🤣. When next we visit we will definitely be back

I ordered the Handmade gnocchi tartufi from the takeaway menu. The gnocchis consistency was absolutely amazing and the sauce was just delicious. The problem was the portion. I paid $32 for the gnocchis that you see on the image which is an absolute rip-off! The container was only half full and I was still hungry after my meal. I expected way more :(

Abbey was an amazing server and was extremely professional. She was very lovely and made sure to look after us even though the restaurant was quite busy. We will definitely come back if Abbey is our server. Thank you so much.
