I
can't
say
that
I've
visited
The
Body
Shop
all
that
often,
but
with
Christmas
nearing
I
decided
to
see
if
they
had
any
present
ideas.
The
first
thing
I
noticed
when
entering
the
store
was
a
missing
COVID-19
QR
check-in
code.
I
did
look
around
but
I
must
be
blind
as
a
bat,
not
that
it
really
mattered
as
no
one
enquired
if
I'd
checked
in,
nor
checked
my
vaccine
certificate.
The
store
has
a
nice,
simple
and
open
layout,
with
products
grouped
together
in
their
respective
brands.
The
store
comes
across
as
well
organized,
with
lines
of
products
neatly
displayed.
The
Body
Shop
obviously
takes
pride
in
their
cleanliness.
I
was
in
the
store
with
four
other
people
who
were
all
browsing
except
for
one
who
was
being
served
at
the
counter
by
a
staff
member.
Another
staff
member
stood
behind
the
counter
playing
with
the
label
of
one
of
the
store's
products.
I
spent
around
five
minutes
looking
over
a
variety
of
different
items,
reading
what
they
were
and
how
they
worked.
During
my
time
there
not
once
was
I
welcomed
or
asked
if
I
needed
assistance
-
even
after
the
second
staff
member
had
finished
working
with
the
label
and
placed
it
back
on
the
shelf.
The
first
thing
which
was
drilled
into
me
at
the
start
of
my
retail
career
was
"With
every
customer
who
walks
through
the
door,
greet
within
the
first
30
seconds
and
ask
it
they
need
any
help
with
90
seconds."
One
star
for
store
presentation
and
one
star
for
cleanliness.
