This is the second time we have been let down by Strike Chatswood. So, two for two. The first time we walked in at 7:50 pm and we had our seven-year-old child with us and was told that we need to leave as it is an over 18s thing past 8 o’clock. Not only were told to leave but the security guard pointed straight in our daughter‘s face without saying a word just kept pointing. My partner and I thought we would take another chance and do an escape room. The lady that took us through tried to take me on my own while my partner was in the toilet, then proceeded to tell us absolutely nothing we needed to know about the room we’re going into. Once were in there we couldn’t find anything due to lack of knowledge, and then when we did find in the second room a lock that we had tried to use 25 minutes of our time to open we were finished because we’ll penalise so many times trying to find things. Not only this, but the woman tried to start cleaning up before we could even escape the room or leave. We then proceeded to ask for the manager but ended up standing there for 20 minutes . Once we told her that we weren’t impressed and we spent time on a broken lock that happened only last night, She immediately asked if the lady had “told us about the red herring?” And we said “no” she refunded us straight away. Some of this staff is just ridiculous. We will never be returning back to Chatswood strike.

I had an absolute blast bowling here on my birthday. There is excellent bowling lanes and they even provide bowling shoes and other accessories. There are also a few arcade games for younger kids to enjoy. The staff is also very friendly. Absolutely recommend if you want to try out bowling!

I went here with my partner and it was so much fun! We were the only two people playing laser-tag as it was close to closing time and we had so much fun in the dark. Thank you for the great time!

We had our son Mayon’s 11 year birthday party today at this venue. Customer service was great. Very helpful and friendly staff. Our party host Nika was awesome. He made sure everything went well. Boys had a blast.

Our company did an afternoon get-together session at Strike Chatswood and we had a blast! They catered to our team's dietary requirements, adjusted to our preferred schedule and overall- the whole experience was 5 star! What stood out the most is our amazing event host- DERIK. He welcomed everyone with his warm smiles and attended to our requests and is just a great host. Our experience was elevated to the next level because of him-so thanks, Derik!

The facilities are excellent. While when I was there, it wasn't particularly full due to the fact I was on a school event, I can imagine that normally this place would feel super lively, especially with the creative, interesting styling and the general party-goer vibe the place goes for. Bowling and laser tag here are excellent. We did bowling on my school trip. The bowling lanes carry the same party vibe and encourage you to mess around with your mates. Still had fun even if I'm not the best. I've done their laser tag in the past. The laser tag arena is varied and encourages fast paced gunplay with the course itself having many places to find cover and rewards playing smart. The only place this STRIKE lacks in is it's mini golf. The entire area feels like an afterthought due to it's cramped nature and it can be very uncomfortable to putt in some spots. However, the area has a lot of personality and the courses are quite unique so that atleast makes up for it slightly. I think most people would prefer a fun to play, but boring to look at grass course then a hard to play, nice to look at cramped course. Overall, 8/10, so 4/5 stars.

Going to be honest, they never answer the phone for atleast an hour and a half, school holidays or not. Spoke to someone previous day with a spot ready for midday for me and some friends to play a couple games of bowling with our free bowling game and discover voucher, gave them my details but not finishing the booking they apparently got bombarded with customers and asked me could I please be called back in 10, happily said yes. No call for a few hours and tried for the rest of the afternoon, nothing. Called the morning after when opened, got on hold for hour 20 minutes, got directed to the HR and they couldn't do anything about my booking. I'm sorry but if your struggling to answer the phone every time within an hour, that's just poor management. Don't waste your time with vouchers or free cards unless you're ready to pay online since your forced to with no option to select voucher cards.

My husband and friends had the best time at Strike bowling Chatswood. Kat was in charge of looking after the them and she did a terrific job! They still talk about her and her customer service and at how fun it was for them. Thank you Kat! I couldnt be there but to hear how much everyone wants to go back made me really happy! Thank you to the Strike team at Chatswood! 100% recommend them and their awesome party packages!

Extremely busy due to the school holidays and the last couple of days to claim the parents vouchers. We booked for 6pm for 2 games and got there at 5:55 but waited until 6:15 to be served. They said I could only play one game at 6:20 then the next one at 7:20. We couldn’t wait so they gave us some vouchers so that we could play another day. The kids were disappointed because we came all the way for it but they could only play for 20 mins. My kids said Timezone was better. I haven’t been to Timezone myself but he said his holiday camp took him there and he liked it better

SUCH a fun night. Literally had an amazing night at Chatswood and the bar staff made it even better. Amazingly polite, incredible personalities and just a really lovely attitude. Steph was such an awesome staff member and kept us happy the entire night and made this an experience I’ll remember for a long time.

The venue is spacious and clean. My daughter had a birthday party and there was a plenty of activities to do at the venue. Shout out to our host Tom, whom made the day hassle free and a special one for my daughter. Highly recommended for a birthday party.

We arrived to the business for a Christmas party, Jim served us at the counter and provided us with wristbands. After this they made sure we had everything we needed including food, drinks and went above and beyond for the group to enjoy our time. Christmas party’s, groups or just a bunch of friends should come here and have a good time, top service, and will enjoy our next Christmas party at Chatswood strike.

Yesterday celebrated my son’s 8th Birthday. We had around 30 kids. I am very thankful to our hosts who took care of such a big group of kids and organised party on a way everyone has a fun! Someone told ‘it was a party of the year’. Kids had laser tag and arcade games (looks like arcade games area was upgraded recently which is also great). They also gave us vouchers for free arcade games due to two kids not shown up. Please say huge thank you from mum to both our hosts. They did a great job!

We had the birthday party there. Harrison is the perfect host. He took care of everything which makes the all the parents lot easier. Contacting the booking team could be very difficult. Long waiting over the phone more then 20 mins

Good place to ten pin bowl. Nice lighting and atmosphere give it a more unique experience than out dated bowling centres. Has laser tag and some amusements also but did not partake in those so much. May be targeted more for children for those aspects.

Ned has looked after us for the day, good food, good banter and best of all the bloke wants to provide the best service a group can ask for. When booking make sure Ned is working!!! Will be back asap

Yesterday, my son celebrated his 7th birthday party at Chatswood Strike Laser Tag. It was his best birthday party ever and the perfect party host didn’t exist until I met David, who was absolutely amazing, caring and made every child feel special. He took time to get to know each child, made them feel safe and made every attempt to ensure everyone was having a great time. No problem was too hard for him and he diligently worked both the laser tag room and party room flawlessly. Other parents also mentioned to me how good David was. Laser tag was so fun, so many rooms and areas for the kids to play and explore. Arcade games were good and the party room was ideal (even for a group of 17 kids and parents), clean and setup well. The overall party passed by perfectly and I can’t recommend how good the staff and facilities were. Definitely coming back!

Very limited selection of songs, Audio quality questionable. Not recommended if you are coming for songs that aren’t western. Also weird remark from staff who said mic drop and came in one second after the timer ran out. No one laughed.

I had the most amazing experience here! The staff was so so lovely but a special standout was absolutely Cat. She was the most helpful, kind and lovely staff member imaginable. I will absolutely coming back here!!

The Strike Arcade Games are a joke! don't get sucked into this scam. My 8yo son wanted to spend all our money on the machines that pay tickets for prizes. So we finally win the jackpot 1000 tickets after spending close to $40 and the machine did not add the tickets to the card, although all smaller prizes were added successfully. My son learned a good lesson yesterday, these scams fleece you for all your money and don't even pay when you win. The attendants at the counter were not very helpful and completely disregarded this as a problem. I won't be spending any money at this place ever again!

Went today with my team. Played laser tag, escape room and bowling. It was lots of fun but what made it amazing was the customer service from Michael. Michael was super attentive and went above and beyond. Will be coming back next year.

We had a wonderful birthday party experience here. My son and his 11 little guests love the laser tag game here. The party manager Jim was really kind, helpful and thoughtful, he ran the party very smoothly and nicely. Thanks Jim.

My sister organised a night at strike as part of my hens and we had the best time. Our party host, Nick, was an absolute legend. He made sure our night ran smoothly and added in fun little challenges along the way. Vick was cool too!

Great place for a 9 year old's birthday party! Kids had so much fun playing laser-tag and bowling. Food was of a good standard. Our host, Suli, was excellent and kept everything going smoothly.

Strike Bowling Chatswood has changed a lot since we last visited a few years ago. It is so much awesome now! The bowling and the whole place had such a fun atmosphere. The music was great and the cocktails were good. Special mention to the staff (I didn't get her name) but she was super attentive - so quick to see us when something went wrong with the lane and gave us replacement drinks when they accidentally got taken away before we finished them. Thanks for making our night such an awesome one! :)

I booked for birthday party for 10 kids. Overall it was an ok experience but a few feedback hope for Strike Bowling to get better: 1/ Laser Tag equipments are not working 100%. A few kids had to exit to replace the vest with guns not working mid way. No compensation for missing out on play time. 2/ The lane1 pin-reloads took very long time, sometimes took 5 minutes! This lead to kids stood around waiting unable to ball. End up we did not have enough time to complete the bowling game. For lane1, we didn’t even complete round1. The games literally got timed out and cut short. 3/ would be better to allocate more time for kids to finish bowling than waiting in the activity room for food. Allocating 1 hour for the room while cutting the bowling game before game completion was not ideal. 4/ The bowling balls are all size 10+. Please have more smaller bowling balls available to cater for younger bowlers. My party had 6 boys (11yo) and 4 Girls (13yo) that would prefer to play with lighter bowling balls. I have provided the feedback to party host on the spot.

An old out dated, dirty bowling alley located at the mandarin centre chatswood Staff were no where in site. Or when one was sign they were running around pouring drinks, fixing machines and cooking food all at once while answering phone calls.... Seems this place needs some new management and care

Easy parking in either Mandarin / Westfield.. made easy by wearing my own shoes (as long as they're closed in)..screens and music for entrainment.. heaps of new features within the complex too.. will go again

On 25/7/2020 me and my friend olivia were going about our night in chatswood having drinks here and there and thus finally landing us at strike bowling. We sign up for 2 games of holey moley and wait patiently in the bar area playing pool and ordering drinks from very attentive and well mannered bartenders with good suggestions for drinks and fast service. The whole team was perfect! A team member that really stood out to us was Emily. Emily was being very attentive to our needs no matter how big or small and delivered service with such enthusiasm that makes you not wanna leave. Emily is the kind of employee that when you talk about how good your night was, you would be sure to mention that it would not have been and as smooth and fun without the help of this red curly haired, glasses girl to guide you. All in all a very good job done by the whole team in general to bring a smile to the faces of every customer that was there. :)

Very cool for younger kids, a little too basic for the older ones but still lots of fun. Adults can carry around alcohol which makes it great for 18+

Great place. We even got cheaper tickets to what I was expecting because the guy said they weren't that busy. Easy access from Mandarin centre - just a lift up to level 4. Good family venue.

Really great service from the staff. We had visited as a large group and the team was very helpful. There was a slight computer error, nothing major and the team was great. They even provided a free game on the next visit.

Came in with some mates for bowling, was treated to game of laser tag and billiards. Great service.

Very busy Strike, with both bowling and laser tag. Popular for parties - does make it very noisy though! Bowling shoes are relatively new and well looked after (I don't like manky one!). Can get gutter guards up for the kids (even the adults!) and can use the ramp if needed for younger ones.

We had a wonderful experience at Strike Chatswood. It was the best time I've ever had at Strike, and it was all because of Jessica, who was our server throughout the night. She was energetic helpful and extremely happy. Her enthusiasm completely made our night and we had a brilliant time playing The Garden escape room and playing mini golf. We broke the record for the room as well! Thank you Jessica!!

Overall it's pretty good for a few hours of fun. Bowling, Laser tag and games. Caters for parties too with private spaces and also a Karaoke room. Bowling is well presented (would be good to see more 2x game offers) with the big screens with cool retro video, also food and drink available. The gaming area could be better arranged with the coin machine in the dark, and the line of kids trying to get their winning tickets counted on only one machine to claim a small and very average selection of prizes. The rest of the game area was ok and the kids had fun at least. Haven't tried Laser Tag yet but would be keen for a game. Pretty sure my son really enjoyed it, and the kids I saw were having a blast...haha get it!? Only last thing is for the Mandarin Centre Central management. They really need to upgrade the lifts. It felt like it took forever to get a lift up to Strike as they were so slow in coming, and there's no other way to get up or down.

Great place to take the kids for a birthday party. The staff are very good at managing the bumpers and ball types. The bar has a great range of drinks, even a 2L jumbo stein that wouldn't be out of place in Bavaria. We'll be back soon, maybe with an older crowd...

Last time we visited, the staff seemed a bit outnumbered. I think given the popularity of the venue, they might need another helping hand or two. (Just something to consider to support the already amazing team there) That being said, one staff member by the name of Emily really made our night. She's certainly got a way of making guests feel welcome and her vibe is awesome. We'll defs be coming back on Wednesdays. Keep it up strike Chatswood!

The kids love going to Strike Bowling Chatswood for the bowling, the games machines and laser tag. There is plenty of parking downstairs in the Mandarin Centre (3 hours free with free validation) and across the road in the Westfield car park. There are plenty of food choices, whether at Strike Bowling, the food court downstairs or in the nearby Chatswood Mall.

I made a booking for 12 pm. When we arrived there was a long queue and only two staff members at the counter who were also very slow and disengaged. After we finally reached our turn we were advised to wait for someone to finish the game (bowling). After we waited for 20 minutes I had to ask a staff member again. Apparently our names were not even registered. No apologies from staff - who cares really? Only good thing I have to say it when our ball didn't roll down lady who came to help was very nice and friendly so it king of made up for initial bad impression. However I wouldn't be visiting again.

Amazing Lazer arena and Wednesday deal. Cheap prices and lots of fun!

Make sure you book with one of their online deals to ensure you get the most for your money. Other wise it ends up being rather exspense.

Rules for some pwople and rules for others when the rules arw clear before bowling . That's called discrimination. Horrible service and experience. Go somewhere else. Added 9 Feb 20. Strike called me to discuss feedback. Glad they took the time to discuss and make it right.

Laser tag with family was fun, the kids loved it, place has a nice ambience to it with bowling, pool tables, a fully stocked bar, arcade games and cafe style eating area with an outdoor smokers terrace area all in a convenient location within the Mandarin Centre, the shopping centre is a stones throw from the mall and trains, parking was free throughout our night out at Mandarin and Westfield next door, 6 hours of free parking between the 2 venues.

Awesome venue great atmosphere staff was nice 5 stars all the way.
