VERY DISHONEST OWNER reported me to google after I told what happened with their products and gave a review! I am doing this again to let people know the truth! Poor quality, even poorer attitude of the owner ! Wearing only once in 3 hours company dinner! The owner claim charge to repair as he said no more warranty even it still within 12 month! Actually the joint part is in very poor manufacture, which has conspicuous fauty connecting way comparing to the other side. This unit is ready for anyone to verify and assess! Available to supply! Don't waste your money and only found it's too late after spent hundreds and thousand ! If I could I DONOT even want to give one star at all! I am a very happy customer. I had a very difficult pearl ring repair carried out perfectly. The cost was very fair and the owner went to great lengths to explain the procedure and what I could expect as an end result. I also had a pair of diamond earrings custom modified and the result was absolutely stunning. I first visited verve Jewellers stanhope on 20/2/2022 where I had the pleasure of being served by Nazar , who went above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome and ultimately the product I was searching for. I had just come from visiting another Gregory Jewelers where my experience had been unsuccessful. Nazar was kind enough to take down my particulars and a detailed description of the pieces I was interested in, he said "leave it with me and I'll be in touch with you soon". As promised, within a couple of days nazar phoned me with the good news that he had sourced the earrings I wanted for my Mum. I arranged a date to come in and see Nazar and on 04/03/2022 I visited the boutique to view the earrings. Had a very upset wife who’s wedding and engagement rings were poorly resized, which were actually damaged by another jeweller and required a lot of work to repair, but the jeweller at verve did a fantastic job and has restored the rings to their original standard! Very professional service. I took my partners watch to get the glass replaced and the staff were extremely helpful and also repaired it super quickly. Highly recommend!!

My watch fell and the back lid came off. I took it to them to put it back on and watch was in a perfect working order. They asked $15 just to clip on the backing. Seem too much but agreed to pay. Returned after 10 minutes to get it the jeweller wrecked my watch. Minute hand is now loose. Now they wanted to charge me more money to fix the damage they caused. Is it their tactic to rip the customers off and not owning up to their mistake. They told my watch was broken when I brought it in. I don’t recommend anyone to go there, they probably will try to find a way to take more money out of you by making your item faulty by intention.

Horrible, absolutely horrible! I went there to do erodium plaiting on three rings, re-engraving and fixing a crack on 2 of them. I went to pick it up and one of the rings was not plaited, crack not fixed and engraving not done. I was mortified as I really needed it back that day as a gift. I left it with them for another week, came back to pick it up to a sub-par erodium plaiting. The guy there told me that the diamond under one of the rings they didn't replace just like we discussed. I was in utter shock that the ring that I have him was completely intact, how did the diamond come out. I told him we NEVER had a discussion about there being a missing diamond and in fact, when I gave it to him, all the diamonds were there. He kept saying he asked me if I wanted to fix it and he didn't fix because I told him no. I made it very clear that I NEVER had ANY discussion with him about that diamond and it was NOT missing when I gave it to them. He replied by saying "that's what all the customers say, they give something and say there's something missing or wrong when they get it back. It was at that moment I realised this looks like something he does to people. How is it that a lot of your customers are saying the same thing!!! To top it off, he only re-engraved one of the rings not the other one (which he charged me for) AND now he was saying he wanted to charge me extra to replace a that HE lost!!! He later decided to replace the diamond for free, which is just as well because the diamond replacement made up for the lack of engraving on the ring. I paid for everything and sat in the car to take another look and I realised that the part where the diamond was taken out, has a massive crack in it and is broken. I am absolutely fuming. Horrible company, terrible service, terrible communication and false and misleading practice. I am shocked that he could break my jewellery and then try and turn it around to make it seem like it was my fault. I feel so bad for trusting them to do this important job, I am so disappointed. Complete rip off and not worth me paying for at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone, go to a reputable jeweller where they give quality

Been here a few times and always had a couple issues with them. Number one, it’s really odd how they don’t always have a set price on the items. Every time you ask for the price the staff has to quickly go and ask their ‘boss’ as if it’s all just made up on the spot? They aren’t clear with policies when you make a purchase, they don’t let you know if you can return the item or not. I went in to return something and the lady who was working there was not even slightly welcoming at all. She had very bad customer service skills, didn’t greet us well and even when addressing an issue with her, she gave us answers with a lot of unnecessary attitude. She then just said “just speak to the boss”. The boss said he won’t be able to refund, even though the receipt does not say that. He didn’t even let us know when it was purchased that the item won’t be able to be refunded. You need to ensure you’re letting all customers aware of the exact refund policy of the item they’re purchasing, don’t expect them to just know what it is without informing upon purchase. You also need to train your staff on how to serve customers and be at least somewhat welcoming and helpful. They don’t have those skills at all. This place does rip you off.

I approached verver jewellers at stanhope gardens as my engagement ring was in rough shape and my wedding was fast approaching in 3 weeks. The ring had originally been made at a private jeweller and the gold was not great quality. Nazzar from vereve jewellers was amazing. He provided great expertise and guidance. With his help I ended up getting my ring re-made using my diamonds. The end result was phenomenal and they had the job completed in only 2 weeks! Would highly recommend. Bought a very expensive necklace , broke within 24 hours. When returned upset and asked for a refund I was met with an angry man accusing me of intentionally breaking it. He told me he would try get a refund or a new one but did not. When I returned over a week later he handed me a new necklace of the same kind, I told Him I did not want it and after that I was met with a very aggressive and agitated man. My main concern before even buying the necklace is that it was super thin and delicate but was advised from said man that it was the finest quality and wouldn’t snap. 2nd necklace now and it has snapped within a week. I wfh. I don’t do anything else I have multiple other pieces of jewellery that have never broken. Worst customer service experience and a waste of $500. Don’t shop here
