Very beautify accessories However very expensive

Les Néréides is a beautiful shop. The jewellery is spectacular and the customer service is exemplary. The necklace i ordered was larger than i expected and they went out of their way to sort it out to my satisfaction. I will be shopping with them again

Nice but overpriced products with worst customer service ever. I have to admit that those products are very creative and nice. However, after ordering around 10 products and spending over 1000 bucks online, I decided to never place an order because this brand is absolutely a disgrace. The earring size and look demonstrated on website are frequently not accurate. Theres usually no measurements provided. I found many products arrived different from my expectation. Normally you just return it when this happens. But for this shop you have to request to return specifically……..My reason is perfectly normal as the size and look doesn’t look right as the picture. Then they just rejected my request for hygiene reason…… such information was never available online. If I know I CANT RETURN It, I wouldn’t even buy many products online. Why don’t let customers know in advance? Why let me fill in a request and then reject me if this can be communicated earlier?! This brand has totally no respect for customers whatever. Absolutely regretting spending so much money on such a bad brand and will never spend a single dollar in the future. Plus found multiple earrings with many little issues such as rusty bottom. Hard to believe it actually costs $150+ per earring. Will attach more photos later

The quality of Les Néréides is, of course, fantastic. But I guess that's the same in any of their stores. What's unique to this store are their amazing staff. 10/10.

The staff who working in QVB was terrible! I bought a necklace was $600, she asked me to put my name on member card but she lied to me it's for tax return, the price is not over $1000 there is no need to put name on the receipt! If you want customers join your membership should just tell the truth not trying to lie! The worst staff!

Similar brand to SWAROVSKT, but quality and customer service are much worse than SWAROVSKT. Even if Les is cheap, but I won’t come back again. I cannot believe this brand could survive for many years. I have my necklace repaired here as it partly fades. However, i was advised they could not fix, but will do a cleaning for me, omg, after cleaning,the whole necklace fades.

Love love love everything💕💕 I went and got these two piece of beauty. The shopkeeper lady made all the difference, she’s very helpful and friendly. I’ve been to the Melbourne shop and didn’t even get a near experience as I did here. I would definitely come back to the QVB shop in the future.

Not only that Les Nereides offer amazing creations for every taste and budget but I’m personally grateful for an excellent customer service provided by the QVB Shop personnel. Further I wish to extend my appreciation to the online sales staff who greatly assisted me. Overall a great experience, highly recommended.

I am so happy I stumbled upon this beautiful French jewellery shop whilst shopping at QVB. From the moment I walked in I had a great experience as the staff welcomed me & showed me the extensive range on display & did not make me feel rushed. The jewellery is delicate & beautiful, I purchased a few items & have not stopped wearing them. I will be back to do some more Christmas shopping. Thank you for the great service & products.

Colours are everywhere, beautiful jewelry inspired by nature wit delicate styles petite sizes. I really adore this place it's exquisite. The staff member that looked after me was lovely.

Great shop on QVB. Fantastic sales assistant. Looking for a stylish affordable gift for the right lady then try this place. I'd suggest they put the prices on their window display items as it was shut when I first saw them and imagined they would be more expensive than they turned out to be. I nearly didn't go back but am glad I did.
