    My workouts are tailored to my needs and goals. The team at Inpower Fitness is committed and passionate about providing the best training. I had some lower back pain that I've had for months and the they have helped me strengthen those muscles and now it's gone. I feel good and stronger and loving my time with them so far. Thanks guys. The gym is always spotlessly clean, and all the equipment is in great condition. Nick challenges me with my workouts and has such a thorough understanding of my capabilities and limits.     Hi Troy, Sadly this next three week session that finishes on Thursday 7 April will be my last as our family is going away for the school holidays and when I return I will be in the process of moving to Jindabyne to train as a ski instructor. I have certainly enjoyed the training and would like to thank yourself, Sam and Nick for what you have put together. I am certain I am fitter and healthier than before. I also have lost some body fat but I would like to arrange a time with you when you can measure it with the pinch test to compare it with the first measurement. Regards Julian

    Great Gym. I have been training there for 9 months and have drastically improved my flexibility and fitness. The tailored programs really work on what is required and all of the trainers are very knowledgeable

    I never leave reviews for places even when they ask me to, but I have to make an exception for Inpower Fitness. Facilities are good and space is all for yourself. Troy keeps the place clean before and after every session and in these unprecedented times having a clean place to workout brings that extra peace of mind. On the personal training side, I can tell Troy is a dedicated professional that tailors his programs according to each client's needs and physical capabilities. Before joining I had 0 fitness and would pass out after a light 5 minute workout, after 3 months I feel stronger and now have a better fitness level. Definitely recommended if you live or work in the area.

    I joined Inpower Fitness over a year ago and have never regretted that decision! The classes are a great size and more importantly Troy is an excellent trainer. He is always coming up with new workouts and is great about keeping your individual level and injuries in mind. Troy is also very dedicated to the constant improvement of his services and utilises research to guide his training. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone regardless of their current fitness level or personal goals.

    Great gym. It’s super handy being close by, Troy and his team are very professional and I have gotten much stronger in 6 months. So helpful having your workout planned out for you with good equipment to use. The gym is clean, great to workout in with less people and an attentive plus friendly trainer. Can recommend

    I joined Inpower Fitness three years ago as I wanted to improve my fitness and athletic ability. Initially I only planned to use Troy's services for three months to prepare me for my soccer season, however, I found it so invaluable that I never left. I have used Troy's personal training as well as his group classes and regardless of the context or my fitness goals at the time, he provides me with the best individualised training plan that caters for my injuries and weaknesses. Troy has successfully helped me to overcome and/or manage several chronic injuries. He has also taught me a lot about fitness and sustainable lifestyle choices that help to keep me healthy. Troy often attends workshops to improve his services and uses the latest technology to enhance/track performance. I have already recommended Troy to several close friends and will continue to do so!

    I have started personal training with Inpower Fitness in Nth Sydney after I tore my calf lifting suitcases on a train in Spain I am 74 and I want to improve my strength and fitness. I have found Inpower to be a small fitness boutique, very personable and welcoming. They have excellent facilities and very experienced staff who take good care with a personalised programme that progressively adds an incremental challenge Mike Harvey
