We’re going here for last 3months for my new born and we’re really happy. We take our baby to Dr Ming and she’s great with babies. Apart from that, staffs are friendly and helpful. Lot of parking space so that’s yayy. Neat, spacious and well lit, the reception area plus the each chamber is great too

My kid has been having eczema issues since birth and I have seen many GPS and even a skin specialist but his skin never healed and ended up being infected with bacteria due to broken skin and constant virus infection. So I took my kid to see Dr Genevieve regarding eczema issues and finally saw amazing results for the first time. Just after 2 weeks of treatment, all eczema spots cleared! Skin is so smooth now. She is definitely my go to doctor now. Thank you Dr Genevieve for doing such a great job! Really appreciate it. I’m a very happy parent.

Most of times the receptionists are helpful and kind. once the receptionist asked my partner who was waiting for me in the waiting area to wait outside as he did not have a mask on him. He kindly asked if he could get one but refused. Sometimes patients do need mental/physical support from their family and the harsh NO was not that great and made me really disappointed.

Dr Genevieve is great with children! She has been seeing my toddler for a couple of times already due to his ongoing flu and cough. She’s very thorough and takes her time to check on him each time. My toddler feels very comfortable with her and she explains well too. We brought him in for his 12 months vaccination today and was surprised with how detailed when she performs her checks on my toddler. Very happy with the outcome and will definitely recommend Dr Genevieve. The staffs at the front desk are friendly and helpful and parking is easy! This will be my go to GP!

My mum and I transferred here after being disappointed in our old GP practice and we are so glad we did. Dr Louisa and Dr Sandhya have been incredible and they take action on every concern you raise. They actually care about their patients. The facility is always clean and nice and the staff are always lovely.

My doctor adviced get your injection from chemist and come back to see a nurse. I came back they said our nurse is fully booked. I asked if they can keep my vaccination in fridge as I cant drive it around, has to be kept in fridge. They didnt accept!

I highly recommend Dr Sandhya at the clinic. I've been seeing her for over a year now throughout my pregnancy and birth. She is kind, knowledgable and makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend her services.

Absolutely love this clinic. Been coming here for two years and we recently moved away, to Warrawee. I was initially going to find a local clinic but after having tried a few, I keep coming back here. All the doctors are lovely, especially Dr.Sandhya and Dr.Genevieve. The nurses are delightful as well.

I was promised a call back from the doctor on Monday but the doctor forgot. I called the centre expressing my feedback of the doctor not being responsible but the receptionist insists it’s not their fault at all and no apologies at all. I understand sometimes doctors can be busy but all I need is a simple sorry but the receptionist sounded as it was my fault and asked to charge me for after hour service if I insist a call back on the same day.

First time visit this medical center. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Allyce Counsell was professional and very friendly. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided excellent care.

Fantastic doctors and team. I am so happy that my family and I are looking after by wonderful docotors. I am pretty sure all of doctors are great but Dr. Owen, Dr. Herim(Helen) and Dr. Amy are amazing. And of course friendly nurses also great too! Thank you always!!!!

We have been going here for a number of years and have seen many of the doctors. They are truly fantastic. I am so appreciative of their knowledge, and the kind and caring nature of all doctors we have seen. Dr Helen has been my GP through multiple pregnancies, and health conditions. She is incredibly understanding and knowledgeable. She makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Owen Kwon has been our family doctor ever since. He’s very professional and his assessment to any situation is spot on. He’s very welcoming and you could speak to him without any hesitation.

Dr Kwon is so good i book months in advance and drive extra 30 minutes just to see her. Highly recommend especially for young kids & families. Excellent with diagnosis & referrals.

With the need of having a top-notch GP & medical centre being more important than ever these days, I can faithfully vouch for the fabulous staff, facilities & doctors at North Ryde Medical Centre. A lovely & pleasant surprise - someone there has managed to get it all right, & that great attitude is reflected through the GPs I experienced there, the clean & welcoming facilities, right through to the charming, caring & helpful front desk staff. A terrific community resource, with calm, confident & professional GPs who really care for each individual patient, & still use a unique patient-needs approach, instead of the 'one size fits all' method we see too much of in some clinics. My wife and I are nearly 80 yrs of age. We're very pleased to have found this medical centre. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful whilst Dr. Ming has been very attentive and communicating patiently with my wife who's with severe hearing impairment.

I visited the Centre in September for a diabetic foot check about ongoing pain. The inspection and review was detailed and the feedback about ongoing care excellent and reassuring. I was most impressed with the Doctors depth of understanding of these issues, and I have a better understanding of future treatment and care and other specialist areas I need to consult.

I don’t know how I can thank Dr Matthew Kim enough Dr Matthew is a wonderful doctor. We were travelling from Victoria to Brisbane. My child got sick on the way and we were close to his place of practice. We went to the clinic for a consultation but couldn’t see him because my child had runny nose even though RAT test was negative. But the doctor called me and I Informed the doctor that my daughter had bacterial infection in ear and throat last week and got well post 5 days of antibiotics. All we need was the doctor to check her ear and throat and to give us a medicine script if the bacterial infection is coming back. Dr Matthew was good, caring and very understanding and came out of the clinic and saw my child and had a quick check and gave us an e-script. That made us continue our trip to Brisbane instead of going back to Victoria. Big thank you to the wonderful Dr Matthew Kim.
