Terrible experience. Very long queue on 15.12.21 .l had to stay in the queue for 1hr and 40 minutes to do the test. Unbelievable.there was only one lady doing the test and when l asked her, she said she has another colleague in the tent preparing the test tube.she had to walk 10m to go to the tent and walk back 10 m (it took 3 minutes to come back) with the tube and my name written on it .l m wondering ,couldn't they have more people to do the test? Couldnt set up the system to have that person next to her, preparing the tube? This is not rocket science,, and its easy to make it faster.is this for real?😡😡

Made us wait 3 hours to get covid test and even after providing us the qr code, we were turned away after the car infront of us got tested. Could be bothered to stay an extra two minutes or even estimate how long the testing would take so they could turn the several dozens of cars waiting for hours behind us away. Must be managed by people here who cant do simple maths

PLEASE NOTE: this place is no longer a pathology place for blood tests etc. It only operates as a COVID-19 test clinic. As a test clinic, it’s not too bad- it is a drive through so you just sit in your car. The line moves pretty slowly but what can you do. The staff are friendly and results come relatively quickly.

I recommend this covid test spot. I ride a motorbike. I was allowed to stay on my bike and following the line or other option just park my bike and walk in. Actually this spot is drive thru covid test, so we don't need to walk out from car, just stay inside the car and followed their instructions by scanning a barcode and filling a form. Even though it's only a small popup tent next to the main road and only 2 nurses in duty, they did professional job with everyone. The result comes out in the same day less than 10hr. Thank you for your service.

- Not an actual drive-through clinic, it's set up on the side of the road which caused a fair bit of traffic for the general public - The nurses had to walk back and forth between the tent (which had all the testing swabs) and the car which caused inefficiencies. I feel like this can be optimised so the nurses don't need to make the trip back to the tent. - Unfortunately I went on a day where the line was really long. Had to wait 3 hours and was desperate to go to the bathroom. There's no portaloos or anything in sight so make sure you go with someone to take turns watching the car if you need to go. - Tested on Tuesday morning but still haven't gotten my results (Sunday). At this rate I'm expecting to get my results a whopping 7 days later.

Was made to get out of my car and scan the qr code to enter my details. This is ridiculous and dangerous both in terms of health and road safety. If we’re at a drive through clinic why make us get out of the car? The nurse should’ve passed the fliers to each car with the qr code. Also, the nurse didn’t even take care to swab my throat. She just swabbed my tongue🥴

Just visited at 12.44 pm at west Ryde. The girl saw that I was waiting but said she has to go for half an hour lunch and will be back at 1.30 pm. Dont understand why it was essential to leave 16 minutes early for lunch when my Covid sample could have been collected.

This drive through Covid testing centre was the closest to my place. At first I was sceptical as there was no phone number... Went there anyways... Pretty efficient, all precautions were taken by the nurses testing you... I got the test results within 24 hours...

Visited here to do COVID test two weeks ago on Sunday. We arrived at 2:50 pm and there were 5 cars waiting in front us. It took our 1 hour waiting and finish the testing just before 4pm. All the cars arrived after us were asked to leave here and do the test somewhere else. I will nerver try to do testing here.

Save your time and go elsewhere?! Went there today around noon. It was down the side of an office house. Looked like the back of an old garage - one side open to the weather! It was open - could see tables with forms and equipment! - but no one there. Website said open! Waited half an hour in sun and then got on phone to ring the given number to find out what’s happening. Gave up after another 20 mins and went somewhere else. Left phone ringing to give my feedback but put onto laboratory supervisor who offered no explanation or apology and talked to me as if I was the problem?! Just said they had probably just gone to the toilet or lunch…. Leaving place open for 40-50 mins?! No professionalism across the company.
