The jalapeno bites are not made out of jalapenos. They're made out of chunks of red capsicum and thus are not spicy in the slightest and are lacking in flavour. Idk how they can advertise them as jalapenos. Seems like false advertising to me. The rest of the food is fine though...just regular Oporto food.

3.4 - Ordered a Single Chips. It came smothered with salt, warm to touch. It can be a bit feral around there with people shouting, dirty tables etc so atmosphere isn't the greatest. Staff member was lovely when she confirmed my order and gave me a few smiles. That made all the difference!

Yeh was ok, fast service because there wasnt much of a queue. But the burgers are really messy. The spicy popcorn chicken things are good though :)

Please please don't eat from this place, me and my husband both got food poisoned after the meal. We had a half a chicken family box, right after the meal we both spent whole day in the toilet thanks to the chiken. Jeez it was horrible

Tasteless and blunt flavors in every way plus the guy who served me today was a very miserable and unfriendly person who shouldn’t be in any line of hospitality or dealing with people !! That’s how miserable he is … my visit was today around 3.30pm on 25/07/2023.

Amazing bondi burger with fast service and good customer service.

Chicken burger patty was half cooked, I asked for the fresh one, the same result. Had to dump it.

I ordered vegetarian burger and they gave me meat burger. I hope that’s not beef. I don’t recommend. I ring them 7/8 times but they didn’t even receive my call. Whole team must be irresponsible or irresponsible guiding in every single way.

Oportos has gone DOWNHILL!! Downsized their burgers - the burger is like half the size of what it used to be and the grilled chicken is not the same as before (total let down and quality and freshness is non existent now) They have also put up the price every 6 months - Ridiculous $16 + for a small burger and chips and drink! ABORT!

I normally order through Uber Eats, but this Oporto has never disappointed. They don't get the orders wrong, in my experience, and the food is pretty standard for an Oporto. The prego burger is great, would definitely recommend no matter which store you go to.

I reckon this is the best fast food you could go for in a food court. Right after an aweful experience at maccas next door I decided to get my burger from here instead and they didn't disappoint. Cooked fresh, tasted great.

Terrible attitude from staff very rude and unfriendly, visited on the 14th/01/23 owner/manager if you care about your business you need to do something about it , I certainly will not get food from this location again

I suggest that you should have this fast food restaurant because the wraps that I have there are amazing.

Update: asked me to fill a firm out that doesnt work. Ordered thru menu log. Food terribly made and didnt include everything I ordered. Luke warm mush.

The wrap served was completely cold and the chicken could have been more juicier,it was all dried up

It's just your typical opporto store. Quite slow business, so, waiting times are quite quick. It's located the at the very end of the level, so it's sometimes can be hard to cross by. Price is same There's McDonald's and subway next to it, side by side.

Food was fast but also cooked fresh to order. Since it's a food court store i was worried it might not be the same quality as the regular large Oporto stores but I was very wrong. It was just as good.

Okay, can be better as service is slow. I want fast food okay? Please hurry your service, 11min wait for burger and u always forget my drink!
