We have lived here for about 5 months and we're very happy. Candace is a great property manager and the maintenance team is awesome at what they do. I really appreciate the fact that Everyone cleans up after their dogs.

I love the Property Manager, Candace! She is so helpful and friendly. I have also been very impressed with how fast maintenance repairs are done here. Devin is on top of things and very positive, as well. Seriously best experience I have ever had with any Property Mgmt. company. Thank you so much for making a hard time in my life so much better. UPDATE: We have now lived here for 2 years this July. We are still just as happy as we were the last time I reviewed Jordan Towns! We have loved this neighborhood for many reasons. We are very happy with the layout of the home as well as the decor. We love how quiet the neighborhood is, but active enough to meet people. We love that the playground was designed to grow with your child as they get older, instead of getting bored with the playground activities. We love the space in between the building, as opposed to other neighborhoods, and the location can’t be beat!

The amount of detail the management provided was superior to anywhere I’ve ever seen before, Candace went out of her way to make sure the experience was stress free & took time to answer our huge list of questions. We left very confident in our visit & decision to move forward with Jordan View towns! The surroundings was absolutely stunning, grateful to call this place home.

Jordan View Towns is a great place to live! My partner and I just moved out due to a family emergency, otherwise we would have stayed here for a few years before buying a house. The floor plans and design of the unit are absolute luxury and well spaced so you will have plenty of room to work with. Candace, the leasing manager, is honestly one of the nicest people we have ever met, always warm and welcoming. She is professional, helpful and problem solving. She sold us on moving here and it was the best decision we could have made! Also the maintenance man Chase is always available to help solve any small issue like changing a light bulb and his response to a work order is very quick. We really have nothing bad to say about our stay here, the community is quiet and friendly, located near all the shopping areas, and beautiful mountain views. I would recommend anyone to move here because you truly get a quality experience and luxury living.

Lived here for a year and a half, no complaints about any aspect of the neighborhood or management. The office was great about giving updates and hosting community events. Pet friendly and well maintained common areas. The townhouse itself was nice to live in, never had issues with any appliances/plumbing/etc. We would have renewed our lease had we not decided to buy a house.

Easiest move-in ever! Candace was super nice, easy to work with and great to talk to! Plus the townhome is beautiful. It was exactly what we were looking for! If you’re looking for a good home to move into this is the place!
