Highly recommend. Booked a table for 24 people, staff were so accommodating. Food was excellent, great prices too. Cocktails to die for. Will definitely be visiting again. Great atmosphere, staff couldn't have done more for us.

My first visit to The Glass House & definitely will not be my last. The whole place had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, polite & were able to make adjustments to some of the dishes.. I had the carvery & the meat was so tender and the veg cooked just right... Well worth a visit.. 12/12/23 - Another visit to this fab place. Very special lunch time offer £4.95 for a 3 course meal... Ridiculously cheap, but the same high standard of food... A definite must..

An outstanding place to stop in for a meal. They have a fabulous lunch menu that I really enjoyed. The soup of the day was a tomato basil. Absolutely excellent. I also had the Alfredo pasta. Also top notch. My wife went for the veggie pizza. I was too stuffed to try it, but it is certainly a pretty dish.

We saw this place online looked good so payed a visit and wow wasn’t disappointed at all!! Great cocktails great decor and as for the fillet steak up there with one of the best I’ve ever had. Staff and very friendly and attentive and great prices too. Will be back next time we’re up here

Booked by phone as old school and no online booking. Got a table at the last minute and was very surprised. 1st time here but will be making plenty more visits. Excellent service and food. Entertainment was a pleasant surprise and again it added to the experience. Price wise was mid range in my opinion. 3 course for 2 people, a bottle of wine and 2 cocktails each, still got change out of £90. I have spent more for worse at other establishment. If you want a great or special night out around the whitley bay area, I challenge you to recommend better.

The Sunday carvery here is amazing! I couldn't fault it, a generous helping of carved meats with your choice of trimmings. Absolutely delicious, and for only £11! Definitely worth the price. There was a nice atmosphere with friendly staff. If you're a dessert person, there's no dessert menu but there is a dessert bar which has a small selection.

Could not beat the service the food in fact everything about this restaurant never had a steak like it. Also to Liam the manager for being so nice to all of us and making us so welcome even down to the kids getting big bags of sweets. We will definately be back and the cocktails are to die for. We as a party of 10 left feeling so welcomed and full

Just been here for a midweek three course steak night for £20pp.This was without a doubt the best steak I've ever had. Absolutely done to perfection and served with fried onions, mushrooms, salad and proper home cut chips. For starter I got the soup of the day which was a home made thick tomato with cream and crusty bread. My wife got the garlic mushrooms to start which were also delicious. Both the starter and main courses were good size and very filling. The waitress was very pleasant and nothing was a bother for her as we also had my granddaughter there who is "challenging" to say the least. We finished off with a coffee and an ice cream. The place itself and the restrooms were immaculate and although it was midweek the place had a lovely feel about it. We will definitely be coming back here, lovely place and real value for money. Five stars all round.

Food fantastic, service fantastic, lovely friendly staff. Bit of a mix up when we booked, not their fault, and they supplied us, free of charge, with two garlic breads. Can't praise this place enough. Will definitely be back. All in all, brilliantxx
