This place is super cute! My wife and I were drawn in by the croissants in the window and ended up staying for the music and the wishing wall. It’s been 11 years since we’ve been in NZ and this was such a great way to start our trip :) Oh and if you’re trying to decide between the hazelnut and almond croissants like me, don’t—just get them both!

Superb breakfast and coffee. Tried the folded omelette, Iranian omelette and some pastry. Omelette were superb with good portion and value for money. Didn’t enjoyed the pastry as it was not up to the mark. Felt like Almond croissants had raw smell of almond oil and other croissants had the smell of milk. Try their all day menu which is awesome 😎. Coffee was amazing. Ambience is very nice with lots of antiques and table games if you wish to play with your friends. Service is superb and the owner was very friendly.

Warm, cozy ambience that was a reprieve from the raging wind and sheets of rain outside. Beautiful decor with curated art and reading material feels very welcoming. As does the man at the counter who greets you with a smile. The hot chocolate was divine and the pesto pasta felt complete and wholesome paired with the cherry tomatoes. I wish I was a local so as to visit this charming place on the regular!

Marvelous. A small cafe hiding at the edge of K road serving Tah Chin, an Iranian baked rice dish; Savory and fruity, crispy and soft. Really unique experience in Auckland. Inside it is comfortable and a feeling miles away from the busy street which we enjoyed as the food was prepared.

Such lovely staff, so welcoming and considerate! Love the wish wall and the couch. Comfy place to have a coffee and read / crochet

Popped in here for breakfast - food is amazing. Unique style of cooking and food - coffee tastes delicious too. Great customer service - highly recommend. Parking is horrible, but that's K road for you 😂 I come here often, delicious every time.

Excellent service with a smile. When my hot drink was served, I moved it closer and it spilled. My saucer was replaced almost immediately with a clean one. Food is well presented and tasty but my poached eggs were overdone. Cabinet display looks good.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and the coffee was good. For me, it is difficult to find a good americano but here, they do it perfectly. We ordered a caesar salad and the individual Tah chin (iranian baked saffron rice). The portions were huge. The lady in charge was very friendly and even offered me a sample of a drink that I was contemplating on ordering. They also have a wall of wishes where people can leave a wish or read a wish which i find extremely wholesome.

I had poached eggs on toast which came with some salad greens and sun dried tomatoes. Very nice. Coffee could be stronger. Lovely touch with writing down a wish and posting it one of the cubbies on the wall.

Food was superb! Owners were amazing, helpful and informative. Even taught us how to properly enjoy Iranian food. First and definitely not the last time!

Iranian Family run business with welcoming, cozy atmosphere. Ordered a piccolo, mocha and croissant. The hazelnut croissant was soft, delicate and the hazelnut filling is next to none. Not overly sweet either. Imagine layers upon layers of buttery, flaky goodness, with each bite revealing a luscious heart of rich hazelnut spread. The contrast of the crispy exterior with the creamy, nutty filling is pure pastry perfection. My friend got the Mocha and it was uber chocolatey. He even offered light or dark chocolate! 🍫☕ And that Piccolo… like a strong coffee punch with a lil' milk hug. Got to see mum, daughter and father all working together which I thought was very special too. Can’t wait to come back and definitely think I found another local, go-to coffee spot.

Best iced mocha I've ever had!! ✌🏼😋 He even gave options for the chocolate (dark, milk, etc.) 🤎 The bacon and egg croissant was suuuper tasty also 🥓🍳😍 The Wall of Wishes is such a cool idea, too- it's colourful and cute 🧡🤍💙💖💚💛

What a fantastic cafe and definitely well deserving of a 5 star. Service was friendly the ambience is amazing and the food was delicious and so packed with flavour. I had the Iranian omlete which was beautifully presented. The omlette was light and had so much flavour and resembled more a scrambled egg. But the flavours where dancing on my tongue I didn't mind. Definitely a great experience and you would not be disappointed if you are wanting that little something special and something different.

Nice food and homely environment. It did take a long time to arrive though so we were famished by the time it came.

If I could, I would rate 6 stars. One of the best cafes I have ever been to. The croissant was fantastic, crunchy, soft and tasty. The tea was loose leaf and even came with a sand timer to ensure you let it steep for long enough. The Wall of Wishes is charming, and reading a few was a pretty cool experience. Honestly, just a great cafe, food, service and atmosphere. Thank you.

27th July 2023... We decided to come to this cafe which is set amongst 4 others (side by side). The interior looked inviting as well as the food. Coffee, food & the service was excellent. Even though the lovely lady is by herself. She is great no doubt We will definitely return for more yum yums!!!!! Thank you🙂

Absolutely awesome cafe! We had a selection of the day menu and everything was absolutely stunning and delicious! The portions were a really great size as well.

1 of the best cafes I have had the honor of going to! The coffee was amazing and generous l! The wishing well wall is such an awesome idea, reading through some of them definitely brightened up the game with soft reassuring words from someone I may never meet in person, there is hope for humanity yet. The almond croissant is to die for! Soft, fluffy and soul warming!

Food honestly wasn't much to write home about and menu plus service was not great. I don't know what sort of menu you guys have going on, but if you're all day breakfast menu isn't an all day breakfast menu then you need to make that clear. Also I don't know if the lady who served me yesterday just didn't know herself what was going on, but for someone who's Neuro diverse or anyone else whose disabled it was very embarrassing and just not comfortable to be in there. I honestly just tried to pick what ever looked appealing because I felt super embarrassed and just wanted to get out of there. If your services aren't extended to those of us who aren't super normal or whatever then maybe you've picked the wrong industry. From the super awkward clumsy red haired girl who came into your cafe yesterday.

Absolutely loved this café. The staff are very warm and welcoming and not to mention the food was so lovely. Highly recommend Robbin Hood breakfast dish, and the Ginger & Lemon tea. I also ordered an iced coffee and the staff kindly offered to add vanilla syrup to my liking. 😊 Their pastries are also delicious, so there’s something for everyone’s taste. Can’t wait to visit again!

Lucky for us we can across this fabulous cafe exploring K road. The hot drinks, beef & mushroom croissant & huevos rancheros were delicious!!! The atmosphere, service fantastic, would highly recommend.
