A spectacular and special experience. Over 2 months we designed a beautiful ring, we sourced a bigger diamond than I expected for my budget and my design critiques were meet with ease and were adjusted quickly in the next design. I have only good things to say about the whole experience. Me and my fiancé love the ring, it was even dropped off at Auckland International Airport for me to pick up to save paying tax on our way over seas. Superb service and execution. Their resources page and blog gave me a much-needed crash course on engagement ring design. Wishing for something unique I found the perfect inspiration in the examples they showed in their blogs. After reaching out they were quick to reply and an online call was arranged. In the call, Mohammed patiently answered all my questions. From the initial call to receiving the ring took less than 2 months. After the call, Four Words were very responsive to any queries and kept me up to date on the progress of the ring through renders of the ring, and details of the diamond chosen. The final ring looked even better than the renders! Awesome experience getting an engagement ring, really highly recommend Four Words!

We decided to go with Four Words because they made custom design feel more accessible and less scary than traditional jewellery stores. We came in with lots of ideas and opinions, but ultimately an open mind as to how the design team would interpret our brief. Isabella knocked it out of the park with the concept designs. The team was very accommodating with every change or question we had, including providing their expert advice when something wouldn't work. Given the complex design of our ring, the 3D printed model was well worth the additional cost for peace of mind that it will all come together okay! The final ring is beautiful, well-made and feels very 'me'. Huge thanks to Vinny and the team!

Absolutely adore my ring and enjoyed the process of creating something we both love. I get so many comments about how much it sparkles! We decided on a cushion cut 1.0 carat moissanite with round cut moissanite side stones and a 10k yellow gold band. My favourite design feature is the trellis setting. Mohammed and the team were so helpful and patient while making new sketches based on our feedback until we found the perfect design for us. As we are not based in Auckland, I found it so great that they send a 3D printed render of your chosen design before anything is finalised so I could properly try it on for sizing and ensure I was certain I was in love with the setting. Very glad we chose this process for my engagement ring and would highly recommend Four Words for anyone wanting to create custom jewellery!
