Second time visiting for a sports massage and I couldn’t have wished for a better massage. My therapist listened to what I needed and executed perfectly. I was recommended Eden Thai Massage and now I recommend people to go! Best in Auckland!

I have been going here for a couple years and have always been massaged by Jibby. She is very experienced and helps me feel relaxed, recently I injured my shoulder and she has specialised the massage to specifically address my aches and pains. I would 100% recommend this massage parlour to everyone.

Booked in a deep tissue / hot stone massage with Dani as I’d be suffering with a really tight neck and shoulders. I love a firm massage and Dani did just that - she was SO good. The environment was lovely and quiet, and she hit all the right places and was super thorough. I’ll definitely be back

Excellent customer friendly service and free parking available. Usually go to their Mt Eden branch but have been to Kingsland as well. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. All their therapists (Dearna, Dani and Snook to name a few) are excellent and highly recommended. The 150min treatment is fantastic and probably the best massage I have ever had. The body scrub is also a highlight. They use a mix of coffee, almonds, etc in the mix and it was great and helps soothe and freshen the skin. Definitely recommended and I have been back several times for treatments.

My go to massage place for when I'm feeling sore or tight. I generally go for the deep tissue couples massage with my partner and the ladies are very nice and do a great job. On my own I do the special treatment with Sandy, she has such great knowledge of the body and also will explain to you while she is treating you of what areas connect to where and why she's doing it. When I think the pain is in my shoulders or back she'll do some work on my legs or feet and when she touches the problem area on my upper body and it'll be if not gone, significantly relaxed. Never had such a difference when I've gone to different massage therapists. The special treatment is designed for short term pain for long term benefit and is definitely not as comfortable as a deep tissue massage but the freeness of the body when you walk out the door is worth it

Staffs are friendly & accommodating to guest's needs. I had an aromatic massage, massage therapist asked w/c part should she be concentrating and I request more on my upper back part as I have back pain. Great service😊.

Highly recommend the deep tissue sports massage, Snook was very gifted and helped work out a lot of the kinks in my back. So good that I got the lady a gift certificate there as well!

This is a world-class massage compared to most elite places I have been in Auckland CBD. It was one of the best deep tissue massage I haven’t had for a long time. The head placement on the bed was comfortable. Diana was great. Every point she punched was spot on. She knows exactly how the muscle and tension go.

Fantastic!! Booked for a massage with a group of friends. Lovely staff, good massage technique, and a comfortable environment. They were thoughtful towards the small things, they had a heating pad on to keep you warm and served tea at the end.

Dani is the absolute best sports massage therapist I have ever experienced. She is technically excellent, but also just a thoroughly lovely person who is so in tune with supporting your needs. Yah!
