Wonderful Poke spot!! Have been to a few poke places now and I'd happily recommend this one as one of the better ones. There isn't a whole lot of places to sit but the beach is nearby so you can easily take away and wander over on a good day. The protein portion is good and they do discounts if you bring a reusable container. Would totally recommend the yuzu and sriracha aioli. Overall, very delicious and worth the money :)

Fresh healthy poke place with unlimited toppings to choose from. The price is worth the amount you get, left me full and happy :) one thing I will say is it’s very saucy, since the proteins are already marinated so picking 2 sauces might be too much (for me anyway). I recommend coming here, the purple rice is a must; very delicious!

Superb freshness of food and the taste matched it. Pre ordered the food as it was for 6 people and it was almost ready upon arrival. Service was very friendly and prompt,only part stopping five star was the lack of a GST generated receipt however it was written on. Little things like putting tape over the miso soup stopping it from spilling was nice.

Superb food, excellent service, great dining space. The concept is fairly straightforward - pick your base (rice / salad / mixed), then your protein (six options - all yummy), and top with general salads, sauces, and sprinkles. Very healthy, very fresh, good flavours, and a decent portion size too. You can pay extra for avo and a few other options, but only if you want it to be a bit more fancy. The regular items are enough in my opinion. Drink selection is decent, and the shared (with the other restaurant customer) space / food court vibe at the back to eat is clean and airy. Highly recommended food 👍🏽

First time trying out this popular poke shop! There is so much to look at and pick from. You pick a base, the protein and the vegetables on top. I definitely didn't make the right choices with the sauces because I ended up with so many sauces and different flavours. It was all very rushed, they ask you what you want and you have to decide quickly, so I just panicked and said yes to everything. Definitely decide beforehand what you'd like before you get to the front of the line. Overall very big portions and great, fresh toppings. Would go again and be prepared next time 😅

The rice cover the whole tray. It used to be half rice half salad before the change of ownership. Don't let the male staff serve you.

I love this quaint little food alley in Takapuna! Poke Poke is just one of many options including burgers and sushi. The outdoor seating area is under cover and shared by all the restaurants in the alley. Great place!

I ordered care of Uber Eats & I turned up at the time I had requested 1.15pm-1.45pm & they said I needed the confirmation from Uber Eats to collect it…… no confirmation was sent until 2.45pm! I went back at 2.45pm to collect a stone cold Miso Soup (& the most miserable Miso Soup I’ve ever had!) and a Poke Bowl that looked like it had been sitting around for quite some time! It was a total disappointment, so want be using this service again! I hope that when I go next time to order at the store that the experience is somewhat better…..🤞They definitely need to sort this out!!!!

It was my fav poke bowl place in akl until it changed owner…havent came back since then, decided give it another try but Really disappointed… The size of the portion is unreasonable little whilst the price is surprisingly high -two protein $16.4 and extra $2 for salmon and tuna???? The tastes have also changed - less sauce As well as the services - didn’t feel welcomed Would never grab my lunch here again

Very impressed with the portion size. I had the ‘build your own with 2 proteins’ and this was huge for a dinner! Super yum. Will definitely be back. Walked the takeaways down to Takapuna Beach. Beautiful was end a day.

Was recommended this place-originally new market one but that’s closed now so had to put my two cents somewhere-by a friend and wow long story short: best bang for your buck poke place! My bowl consisted of: Purple rice and salad 2 protein tuna and salmon. Toppings: edamame, seaweed, crab surimi, ginger, pickles. Finishing a: Kimchi mayo with sesame, fried shallot, seaweed. For the portion size, the price is extremely decent, even though the fish have a 50 cent extra charge, my meal only ended up being 14.90. I'm so surprised and happy with the meal and the quality of the sides. The tuna and salmon were both well marinated with soy, soft and fresh, and decent serving size. The toppings complimented my meal very well, especially the ginger and pickle which added strong taste and the shallots were super crunchy adding that wonderful texture. Personally the rice was a bit too overdone, most of it was too soft and mushy-that's the only con I have. Otherwise, you can't beat it for the price!

The open time google map just showing 05/01/2023 , but when I been there they are not open. And there is a paper on the door said will open at 06/01/2023. Why not showing same ? Just make customer confuse. That’s weird and waste my time. Bad attitude also.

This place is bomb! Will drive thirty minutes just to get it, they’re always generous with portions and it’s super delicious and heathy.

Fabulous little poke bowl takeaway place. Food is beautiful. I go there most weeks. Staff are so lovely and food items are so fresh.

Food is good but they got the order wrong. Customer service needs improvement. Suggest you take orders from the front rather than yelling the order across the room and getting the incorrect

A excellent place to get Poke in the heart of Takapuna. The ingredients are fresh and there’s plenty of toppings to choose from. Priced very well and the service was especially friendly.

Lovely outdoor dining space, with reasonable price. The Poke options are plenty including tuna, salmon, tofu, shrimp and tons on toppings. I love their service with a smile. Recommended for small groups and solo dining.

If you want to stay fit and healthy, this is the place. Awesome options to fill your belly and keep in shape. I ordered the brain boast and it was delicious and in the right size for me. Water with some lemon makes it a perfect combination. Worth the visit!
