Excellent location and accommodation. Credit to md who was first class in admin etc etc would highly recommend. Linen, everything kitchen wise and more. Excellent would return in a heart beat.

Excellent accommodation, location and staff. A warm atmosphere in a peaceful corner of Auckland CBD. The Apartments have everything you could ask for, excellent bathrooms, huge bed and open plan living, kitchen, diner. There's even a dishwasher! It is the perfect self catering set up. You are a 5-10 minute walk from Britomart, the central travel hub of Auckland, which is just across the road from the ferry terminals meaning easy access to all travel routes for the bay and inland areas. The apartments are beautifully clean upon entry and cleaned on a schedule through your stay, outlined in the in room documents. Please do read these to get a proper understanding of the "house rules" etc. Price wise I do not think you would find better, we had a 2 week stay arriving from the UK, Our entire stay was under £600 (November 2016) this is just pre-season in NZ but still an absolute steal especially for the privacy, comfort and homely feel. You will only really find Backpackers for less. A highly recommended establishment. Would definitely stay again, well worth the money.

Lovely place in Auckland centre, full services for families. However, there is no soundwall so it is a bit noisy when using bathrooms.

At the first moment I gave a rating of three stars because mosquitoes have crawled into my apartment and there is no way to get rid of them, and I have not been able to buy any mosquito repellent. But the "Latitude 37" manager came to ask me what was wrong, and she immediately brought mosquito spray and organized the delivery of the anti-mosquito device. That delighted me and that's why I want to recommend this accommodation to everyone. The people are very friendly, the apartments are equipped with all the appliances you need - a complete kitchen, a dish, a stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a broom, a spatula, kitchen towels, dish detergent. .. The apartment I rented is on the ground floor facing a busy road, but the noise is tolerable. A balcony with chairs and a small table, so it's a pleasant place to drink coffee with a colleague during the evening. I am delighted with the accommodation, which is almost next to the marina itself.

Well, went with kids to celebrate my daughter's birthday, The food was to die for ( no punn intended), the front of house lady, super service lady, can understand why they employed you, and so full of life, our waiter (Luke), great service mate, the atmosphere was great as well, Thank you all, and compliments to the chef and staff

An enjoyable stay was only possible with MD ,manager of Latitude 37 apartments.A family holiday on our first time visit to Auckland ,new Zealand.Thank you to MD who was on hand to assure we enjoyed the comfort that Latitude 37 apartments have to offer. Great location to all the happenings in town and a good base to have for a visit to the North island. MD also showed a us few lessons in ensuring a trouble free holiday. Kudos also to the after hours manager as well as the Housecleaning manager ,she was excellent in taking care of the cleanliness and support the whole 14 days we were there. Thank you for the great memories.

The best location in Auckland CBD. Right in the centre yet still peaceful with lovely gardens inside. Very safe under ground parking and really lovely apartments. We love this place.

The loft apartment is pleasant. But the paid for WiFi is terrible bought 600mb NZ$15 after 5 days have only used 20 mb because it is slow and keeps dropping.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment for 8 nights. It's a great, modern looking apartment with everything included. The utensils were not the best quality which is truly my only complaint

The staff went above and beyond from the minute I booked the apartment. They treated us like a friend as opposed to a client or guest and we felt so welcomed, they were exceptionally professional! Fabulous location and would definitely recommend

Outstanding. We have been staying at Latitude 37 about once a year for the past 10 years. The apartments are wonderful and the staff even better! Our thanks goes to directors Wendy, Ian and their staff who make it all happen.
