The most modern mall in NZ. Not as big as Sylvia park but much better interior design and efficient use of space. Even though it’s smaller, I think it has more to offer. The only issue is the parking, it offers 3 hours on weekdays, which is sufficient but just 2 hours on weekends. That means you don’t really have enough time to do much. I think they should allow you to extend free parking if you have spent a certain amount there.

Lovely atmosphere, especially if you visit the rooftop. Don't understand the reviews complaining about higher prices... what do you expect when you're in Newmarket? You're paying for quality, in a nice area. Good selection of stores, but it is easy to get lost if you aren't used to the building: make good use of the maps scattered throughout the mall.

A nice clean mall with variety galore and lots if light coming in. Lots of food and drink options. Plenty of space to walk around. Love the new addition on the walkway. Keep this for ever brightens it up more. Keep up the great work team

My best go to for shopping specially on this rainy day. The place was packed with people specially their food courts, which are just awesome. This westfield has some of best food choices and brand stores. Parking is well placed.

Love how the place is being maintained, where the atmosphere feels clean and breathable, and where the spaciousness of the whole mall resembles, and feels similar to a childhood experience of mine when I walk throughout the entire building. This is one of the vibrant shopping mall in NZ . As NZ have fewer population, you can hardly find so many people together in a place - and this mall is one unique. Parking is always quite busy-and you have to struggle to get one. Shops are artistic and place is worth visiting with family and for shopping.

The shops are great-ish, but parking is getting worse by the minute, I feel like a hostage in lvl4 as I've been stuck for an hour and a half!!!!, no one picks up the phone, no one comes to tell people whats happening, and then they don't want to reimburse you for the parking blaming the traffic lights. If you plan to go, take the bus or park somewhere outsude the mall and don't expect good customer service.

Hi there Today I decided to visit your complex in Newmarket. I entered the carport and the parking screen at the entrance showed 3 hours free parking. I went shopping at Farmers and after 2.5 hours l returned to my vehicle and proceeded to leave. When I arrived at the exit I tried to exit but was not able to leave. I contacted the operator and she told me the free parking was only available to cardholders only ??? This message was not shown on the screen prior to me arriving at your complex. I assumed it was available to ALL persons plus I was charged $52.00 which is a lot of money when you expected to be offered free parking.

An impressive shopping mall offering premium shopping, dining and cinema. A must if looking for quality brands. Worth getting the Westfield Plus App to have 3 hours free parking during the week and 2 hours over the weekend. The Event Cinema has an option with fully reclining seats for the ultimate luxury and are cheapest on Tuesdays. Was able to get an extra hour of free parking with my movie ticket getting comped at Event.

Good parking - and plenty of room - not too crowded. The app has an easy map to use but it would be awesome if it gave you directions on where to go inside the mall when looking for specific shops.

Definitely not for everyone I'd say, seems first more like a show mall with very attractive looking store fronts and only the very best from the materials used to build to what's being displayed. Though should you go up you'll find all the stores you're looking for and an amazing view! Very easy to navigate and if you're looking for something to do I'm sure this awesome mall could easily take away a few hours.

Large, well lit, fabulously presented shops. Staff I talked to were friendly and informed as to their products. Great place to get lost for an hour. Have a coffee, etc, while waiting for the vehicle to be serviced or the wife girlfriend etc to check out the must haves on show for them in shop.

Love this mall, has pretty much everything you need, from clothing stores, sports, entertainment, gadgets / devices, cafes, banks, cinema and a rooftop outdoor area for amazing food and drinks ! Parking is also free for 2 hours if you use the Westfield+ app which is a bonus! Because who wants to pay for parking. It’s fairly big so older people who don’t walk much might get a little tired however they have lifts and escalators as well.

What a relaxing Saturday spent here! New mall to explore in Auckland. Exciting and fancy shops as well as restaurants. The area on the top is very relaxing, has a generous playground for children. Toilets and parking is available and spacious. Register your car to get freebies with parking. Highly recommend 👍

Try out the Valet parking it's only $15 for ALL day. Its AWESOME ... NO HASSLE PARKING ! Just drive in the guys park yr car in a separate area ... then come back relax in the lounge and they retrieve your car ..... no dents from other car parkers ... straight up into the mall and they take your bags for you. Too easy !

Such a cool mall. One of the best parts of this mall is the baby changing area. What a fantastic place everything is so clean and family friendly. Going from one place to another in the mall is really easy and it feels rather safe.

I believe this is one of the most modern shopping centers in Auckland. If you plan to drive there, make sure to find a parking spot in advance, as there are very few free parking spaces available for more than 5 minutes in the vicinity.

Overcrowded, modern atmosphere. The diversity of shops is useful, but it was so crazily huge we couldn’t find anything, not even where our car was parked at the end. Definitely needs some sort of map, sign or guidance system, especially for non-locals. Would not recommend for a relaxing mall experience.

We are regulars at this mall for shopping and dining. Vast variety of stores, clean spaces and convenient store timings make the experience so much better than the other malls/shopping centres. The only recommendation would be increasing the 2 hour free parking limit over the weekend, as we often fall short of time and would definitely enjoy spending more time without having to pay for the parking.

My regular salon now. I have to give massive appreciation to my nail technician Chipo. She’s absolutely fantastic! My nails have NEVER been able to more than a ml or 2 without breaking or bending but as soon as I started coming to her they’ve become strong and healthy and they have grown like crazy! I genuinely can’t believe it. I get Gel polish maybe once a month as they tend to last close to a month! I don’t know what she uses but my nails are in the best shape they’ve ever been and I really owe it all to her. Great place and great service. (The photo is just 2 weeks growth!)
