DOR provided exceptional customer service after a minor defect in my wife's engagement ring caused damage after 7 years of wear. They remade the entire ring, provided tracked couriers, kept me updated and returned the ring as though I had just bought it brand new with care package and new valuation as well. Now, I know next to nothing about jewellery and after 30 minutes with Lissy, I was well educated and informed on the sort of details I should be looking for. 5 Stars without question. My experience with Lissy from DOR from the first email to the collection of the engagement ring was wonderful. Lissy was lovely to work with and very knowledgeable which was a great help. I am a bit of a compulsive researcher and generally indecisive person and my last minute adjustments were accommodated by DOR as much as possible - above and beyond actually - which I am hugely grateful for. I am satisfied I not only had one of the best consultation/customer experiences available, but that I also got excellent value for the materials and design I chose.

I went to Diamonds on Richmond after being recommended by a friend. I was pleasantly surprised after explaining what I was wanting, within 30 minutes I had ordered exactly what I wanted. Walking out the door I could not believe how easy and relieved I was that I had found and finally purchased my daughter's 21st gift. One week later I returned to pick up a pair of beautiful diamond studs. Easy parking right outside, amazing service with sparkle to boot!! 100% recommend and will return.

They say diamonds are a girl's best friend, then I'm prepared to say Diamonds on Richmond are a guys best friend. I have no idea when it comes to rings but the layout on their website made it simple to browse through their range and give me an idea of how much it was likely to cost. They made the whole process extremely easy and communication was very discreet - with only requiring one visit in store which was to pick up the ring.
