It was a very well laid out tour. Very informative and a great homage to Kiwi Rugby! You go through the history of Kiwi Rugby, get split into teams to play some games against while learning what it's like to be a real All Black. You then get a dressing room experience, learning about how the All Blacks prepare and some of their pregame rituals. The 45min guided tour finishes with a Haka experience like you have never seen before. Then you enter the Step Up zone where you get to play some interactive games. Would definitely recommend 👌

It was an amazing experience to learn more about the sport and how New Zealand became famous with this. Adult ticket: $45 Student ticket: $39 (you need to show your ID). The staff is amazing, really nice. The activities are really cool. It ends at the official store, good prices.

What an amazing experience. The lady who toured us around was so informative and she was just awesome. We got to learn so much about the All Blacks team and its history. My favourite part was being in the changing rooms and the haka part, wow that was so beautiful. I wont go too much into detail as I want others to be surprised by whats expected. I highly reccomend this to anyone. Our kids enjoyed it too , they had lots of fun.

For people who loves rugby and for people who have no idea what it is( like myself) great experience. For kids and adults as well. Our great tour guide, who was very knowledgeable and experienced, he was able to explain every aspect of rugby, if you asking, if course. At the end hall full of games, in our group of strangers different ages and backgrounds. Everyone was involved and looked interested. Recommend this experience!!!

Went with my partner (neither of us are particularly large rugby fans) BUT we both really enjoyed the experience! We learned a lot about the history, culture, and community behind the All Blacks and, for the first time, both of us were keen to learn more about rugby. The interactive nature of the exhibit made it loads of fun and entertaining. This felt like a very interactive museum exhibit and a really wonderful nod to a sport that is deeply ingrained in the current kiwi culture.

Cess was a fantastic tour guide and did more than enough to make sure me and my buddy had the best time there. We are Americans and this country has been nothing but stunning and he surpassed my expectations with how fluid and well he stringed the show together. Great at what he does and without a doubt that u would visit again if I ever return to Auckland and take another tour. He also did a great job explaining and adapting to the knowledge of me and my buddy whether we knew a lot or little. I can’t stress enough how fantastic he truly was

We went on a Monday afternoon. It was a group of us but it never felt crowded. The tour guide or "coach" was very engaged and knowledgable. This was a very fun experience and there was a little of something for every All Blacks and Black Ferns fan.

    - While I enjoyed the experience, I found the pricing to be a bit higher for what was offered ($59 NZD adults). - Senior and student discounts. - Located next to the Sky tower. - All blacks shop available.

As an American who knows more about ‘Touchdowns’ than ‘Tries’, this was a fantastic experience. A must for anyone who appreciates sport. It’s a weave of high tech interactive experiences, cultural history, and storytelling. The passion for Rugby shows among the staff, especially Jackson our guide. He was a compelling storyteller who was able to explain things easily to someone like me. Totally recommended!!!

Was an absolutely amazing experience. Staff were both lovely and friendly. Talia was really knowledgeable and passionate. All the staff were. They acknowledged my son's birthday and made us feel welcome. All the activities were amazing. The haka was spine tingling. Would definitely go back and highly recommend it to others.

The All Blacks Experience exceeded my expectations in so many ways, this is highly recommended for all whether you’re a rugby fan or not. We attended as a team of 20+ part of our organisation offsite it was a great experience for us all. We had an amazing tour guide he was informative with stories that brought the whole experience alive we could feel his mana, aroha and passion the All Blacks and the Māori culture, he on his own was a highlight so thank you!! It was a very well thought out your and experience as you move through the different rooms. Highly recommended for all people, teams and ages! Faafetai lava

The guide was really enthusiastic, the haka was the best part of the experience for me. Kids loved the interactive bit at the end where they got to try some rugby games. I thought it was a bit overpriced though, and would have liked to see some more physical artifacts and information I could consume at my leisure ... A purely digital experience isn't tactile enough for me, but overall the family enjoyed it. Worth seeing.

What a fantastic experience. I have 2 huge rugby fans in the family and 2 of us who aren't so involved on the rugby world. We all loved this activity. It was an interactive experience, full of history, culture, fun and games. Cecil was an amazing tour guide, adding gravitas, laughter and heart to the tour and as a gateway to the world of the All Blacks and Black Ferns. It is suitable for all ages, is disability friendly and adaptations can be made for sensory needs. I was very impressed! It is suggested that it will take 90 minutes but we spent 2 1/2 hours. It actually was quite emotive to hear the maori proverbs the players picked as influential to them and hear their personal experience. The multi sensory approach to the creation of the tunnel and haka was very immersive and impressive. We definitely recommend this experience to sport fans and non sport fans alike!

The most amazing place ever. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone come here to experience what it is like to be an All black and the honour of wearing the silver fern.

Fantastic experience, and made better by the fact that former All Black Ian Jones came and talked to us, in our private group of 10. It takes you through the history of the All Blacks, and then gets interactive with the changing room, tunnel and then the life-sized experience of facing the haka. Then practice your own skills with virtual All Blacks. Well worth doing and great value for money.

The experience was pretty great! Our guide gave an in depth knowledge of the history of the All Blacks and he was also engaging. The tour had interactive games so you don't get bored as well.

Very interactive experience, our guide Cess was amazing! However I think it's a little bit pricey for what it is. I wish there was an exhibition / museum type area where you can explore and read up on the game and team a bit more. Or that the price was lower.

Even if you aren't a rugby fan you should definitely go. Albert was the best tour guide and we could listen to his stories about rugby for hours but we didn't want him to get told off🫣 he even asked the whole group their rugby knowledge and catered to the tour to the group's knowledge. The experience was breathtaking, experiencing the men and the women do hakas was amazing, they really capture the power of a haka. Would definitely go again to have Albert give us a tour with his stories even if it's 3hrs long! (The tour was an hour and a bit)

Sahara was a great guide, you could tell how passionate her and all the staff were when talking about the All Blacks, Silver Ferns and Māori culture. She made me feel welcome on the tour as a lone traveller! Couldn’t fault her knowledge and passion. The experience was educational, interesting, interactive and fun. Definitely recommended to everyone not just rugby fans!

I’m Max, I’m the founder of The Black Jersey, which is an Instagram fan page, opinion journalism website and YouTube channel. I’ve been hooked on the All Blacks ever since they won the 2011 World Cup. This experience, which I visited in Easter 2021 and January this year, is great for interacting with exhibits, a good family trip, the tour guides are knowledgeable on the most important facts about the All Blacks, making it an excellent tour, this experience is a perfect introduction to the team for new All Black fans. My wife and I will eventually show up for a third tour, the All Blacks Experience is very entertaining.

Came back to NZ and brought the family. We all loved it! Such a cool history and story told. The interactive experience was a lot of fun! I would recommend this to anyone who’s a fan of the AB!!!

The experience was fantastic, an impressive tribute to the All Blacks, Black Ferns, Māori All Blacks and the Sevens teams. Our guide Cess was excellent, very knowledgeable and passionate. The interactive zone at the end was a lot of fun, and the haka is definitely the most special part of it all. Would highly recommend going!

Spine chilling, intense and legendary. I loved this experience! Rugby was okay before the experience… now I’m a fan and can’t wait to watch more games. A must-see if you can.

One of the best experiences for sports fans with so much history as well as fun immersive parts as well. It's a great way to spend an hour or longer - realizing it's actually harder to throw a straight line out pass than it seems when watching a live game. Staff are awesome, really helpful and know their stuff. Don't leave yourself a short time limit as it's nice to try out all the activities. Would recommend for sure.

A excellent experience! From the very friendly, warm welcome as you enter right through to end of the visit and the kind farewell, the team are knowledgable, friendly and so helpful. The experience itself is informative and fun. Sam was our guide and he was thoughtful and knowledgable - taking time to speak to everyone on the tour as well as guiding us through all the aspects of rugby in NZ. The rest of the team were also on hand throughout if they were needed and the chap in the shop bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we wanted. The journey you go through is so well thought out and you really feel that players have had an input in what you are seeing and doing. The interactive parts are heaps of fun and it's an experience that will have something literally for everyone. Whether you're a keen rugby fan, an All Blacks and Black Ferns supporter, or just interested in learning a bit more about kiwi culture, you will have a ball going through this tour. I loved the gaming aspect, the face to face moments with the haka, the player insights - it was all fantastic. And because you could do the whole thing in c90mins, it will fit into any itinerary - if you're just passing through Auckland or if you have days of activities planned, you should definitely include the All Blacks Experience.

great experience to learn all about rugby through the lens of the most iconic teams in the world. as international visitors, we weren’t the most familiar with rugby but had a fantastic time learning about the history of the all blacks and ferns and the awesome game of rugby! our host tas (not sure if i’m spelling that but she was fantastic!) was a real gem. great experience for people of all ages. especially loved getting to play around with all the different rugby skills after.

I didn't have time to do the tour, but it looked like a great idea for NZ sports fans. The gift shop was also reasonably priced for most of the merch, and they had a good variety to choose from. I'm sure the kids would want to come. I would recommend planning for this in advance. Tickets were available, but I imagine busier weekends having longer wait times.

Really neat experience to learn more about the All Blacks / Black Ferns history and essence of who they are and what rugby means to NZ. Fun. Great for people of any age. Inspiring. And fairly easy to walk … with a bit of one uphill depending on direction you’re coming from. Right across from sky needle. Wish the store had more options like cool t-shirts (mostly jersey type tops) but definite must see if in Auckland

Absolutely Amazing Experience , our guide Albert was champion , knowledgeable and highly amusing , fed us insightful facts and cracked us up too. The highlight for me was the locker room experience , literally brought tears to my eyes. Highlight for my future All black was of course the games room , he outshone dad by a country mile This is a must do for not only All Black/Black Fern fans, but also anyone who enjoys the oval ball Well done to the All Blacks Experience team , you do our country and our teams proud !

Ces was our guide and the man was great! Awesome experience and really well thought out. A bit low on merchandise at the end which was disappointing though. Otherwise great way to experience a Haka upfront too!

Once in a lifetime experience for the true rugby fans while in NZ. I took my parents as my dad is a big All Blacks fan. The different rooms you flow through during your tour are not too long and unique in each one. You get to hear from various players of both the men and women’s teams. At the end hearing the haka was AMAZING and on a huge screen made to look like Eden Park. Very fun games after too! Got to try with a ball.

Such a great time! This is a must do if you are a sports fan and are in Auckland. So interactive and fun. I usually don't like guided tours but this was well worth it.
