Hamilton via Auckland (8Jun23). Really Spark! Another example of our Auckland Council via Evenz Ltd disrespect for its rate payers. While 'sold' as restricted view by Ticketmaster which could easily be interpretation as a side view on their website, it is unfathomable that a simple fix is not obvious such as a piece of safety glass or a lowering of the barrier while the show is on. Or simply not selling two of the seats. The obstruction is well known to all and a very unpleasant experience for the paying customer and I'm sure the staff. "It's the barrier" was the initial response to the complaint. We left the venue soon after the start of the show. The photo for your viewing pleasure attached.

At The War on Drugs show I had an excellent experience. Only half the Arena was in use so there was plenty of parking nearby and no queues for entry. There's plenty of free water and smiley venue staff.

Been here a few times and it doesn't fail to impress! Easy parking at Arena Parking especially if you book parking online. There are plenty of toilets and places for buy food and drinks inside. Been In general admission and allocated seating and I must say, spark arena does a good job. Beautiful light shows and an amazing view from the seats. Good strong air conditioning keeps you feeling very comfortable and when the event is over, it doesn't take too long to get out! Awesome Arena for music concerts 🎶🎶

Absolute scenes at Spark arena during Sam Smith. The atmosphere was outrageous. Spotlights and sound were perfectly used and Sam Smith himself, boy does he have a beautiful voice. His new album and the show was all about freedom. Which he displayed with his different costumes and backup dancers. Overall it was an amazing performance and spark arena did it again. 5 stars.

Great indoor stadium in the city, where they host concerts, sports games and other shows. Excellent public transport options or public parking nearby. Conveniently located with walking distance from Britomart and Commercial Bay. It was easy to get in and out of the stadium. Food and drink outlets inside to purchase from.

I went to the P1harmony concert last Sunday, and I was very happy with my experience. The place was really clean and had free water even on the outside while we waited in line. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The only problem I found was that they should have organised the lines better. I had my ticket reallocated, and I was lucky I got in the right line by chance, but the mother and daughter in front of me were in the wrong place and had to line again allll the way to the back. For the concert, I felt like the camera work could've been better, but otherwise it was an incredible performance.

We saw Rod Stewart with Jon Steven's and Cyndi Lauper was the best concert I'd seen in ages. A real entertaining show with costume changes, humor great music and songs I knew most of the words too. Our seats at spark were the best seats I've ever had at a concert. We sat to the left up 1 level quite close to the stage so had an excellent view of the stars. Super happy we went

A great venue for staged events. We had great views of the whole arena. Stadium has been well designed with great public areas for food shops and plenty of easy access clean rest rooms. Plenty of parking building near by so easy access as well.

I have been to Spark Arena a few times over the years. I have been for a few comedy shows, some kids events and art shows. The staff there are always friendly and can answer questions you have. There are plenty of toilets and other facilities you might need. They also have food and drink to purchase if you need it. It’s a well run event centre.

Billie Eilish was such a great concert. Never seen the arena packed to that level. 90% were Teenage girls but I did see a lot of dads who weren’t too upset with being there. We had a blast and the atmosphere was incredible

Came to see a comedy show, the arena itself it's pretty good. The one problem it's that one does struggle with parking and transportation as it can get pretty difficult to find a parking spot. Food options are bit limited but good enough for the shows. Still a good place to go for a show!

Great venue for concerts. Organised and spacious. Very well cordoned spaces and lines for entry. Water posts available and drinks stations. Security great and helpful. Cordoned line in general admission to walk in and out. Clean despite the amount of people.

Went here to watch the Corrs, Toni Childs, Natalie Imbruglia, and the Germein sisters and what an awesome venue! Didn't wait too long for snacks and drinks either! Easy to get there, which is good!

Great shows, good facilities and good location. Food is overpriced for the small amount and occasionally average quality but usual for big venues I guess. Other than that, a great venue.

Went to The Corr's concert on the 9th November 2023 at Spark Arena. The supporting artists were amazing and the main act (The Corr's) were as good as when I saw them over 30years ago, but want to congratulate the Arena's floor staff who were all very professional with their service and handling of patrons that had seated themselves in the wrong seats.🕴One of these attendants was a person called ''Charity'' who was stationed near our seats. She was amazing and even went and got my friend and I, cups of water, so we didn't have to leave our seats during the break before the main act was on stage. She also checked on us at other times to see if we were OK. 👍So thank you ''Charity'' for helping to make our night out an amazing experience.👏

We went on Sunday night to watch Hamilton. Great atmosphere and show. The stage was set up nicely so that everyone could see and there were no real restricted seats. Thanks Spark for the great night.

Really amazing and easy to find your way around. Has a roof on the arena so it stays quite warm and you won't get wet. You can buy food there but I would've liked to have seen more of a variety of food. Big screens on the side and a great view of the stage from anywhere.

Spark Arena is a world-class venue located in Auckland, New Zealand. It's the country's largest indoor arena and has hosted a variety of events, from concerts to sporting events. The arena can hold up to 12,000 people and has a unique retractable roof that can be opened or closed depending on the weather. Spark Arena is definitely a must-visit if you're in Auckland!

Just go there, certainly worth it. Easy to get to your seating with hand rails and comfortable seats. Stage and displays each side of stage make for very good viewing. The sound isn't far too loud

Nice Venue but drinks are not cheap. The chairs are cheap and hard. Also length is good but width is very tight between person. Wish there are better cushion on the chair. I felt like i was in airplain😅😅

We went to see Hamilton and it was a great experience. The entry and announcements to be seated were easy, friendly and professionally executed and we were seated in no time. Although hideously expensive, the food in the breaks is great. The view to the stage was blocked by the metal fence at the end of the stairs. So we removed the cloth covering the seats next to us as soon as the show started, and moved to better seats.

I hardly go to events but I have been to NBL Breakers game and Silver Ferns match recently and both times it was an awesome experience. All the amenities easy to find, the atmosphere was exciting, and the ability to exit the building post match was quick and easy.

I don't know who manages the environmental stuff at Spark Arena, but there is definitely need to improve! I went to the Synthony Show, which was besides being extremely loud a place full of squashed people and alcohol and dirt. I couldn't enjoy the event as I constantly got poured over with beer, people brought to the dance floor. It was sticky, full of rubbish and I had it all over my clothes. Please, Spark Arena, can you stop selling beer during an event? Not just for environmental reasons and all that plastic everywhere, but also for health and safety during the event? This was horrible and made me cry after.

Beautiful arena! many concerts and dinners here! always a classy event when attending dinners for large events! Hard to beat the service and luxury for big dinner events so if you are ever invited to a dinner, ensure you attend!

Went there for kid's graduation. Place was dull. All outlets closed at 6.30. So for over 3 hours, families who were in thousands had absolutely nothing except water. Outside Arena and surrounds is so dark and scary.
