Truly great sales offerings here at this branch especially on this boxing day 2023

Pricing and On-Sale items appear to be very confusing and missleading, Advertising one price However getting charged different pricing at Counter, This has happened Multiple times ive visited this store. Lazy and careless ticketing makes this store a headake to shop in.

I experienced an outstanding service from one of a lady worker, I don't know her name, we had a little chat and she's from Bosnia and been working at Briscoes for 19+ years. She was very helpful. I also was served by Sheryl at the checkout, she was also lovely and helpful. Thanks ladies ☺️

A good variety of household goods but one has to buy when there is a sale or discount like 40% off.

one of the worst Briscoes i have been to. Nico need some serious customer service training. Not only he lacks most basic skills of customer service but also doesnt have basic skills of communicating with customers. I would give 0 if possible.

Recently I purchased 3 Floral Habitat curtains as they were having a 60% off sale so of course I was into that. And they are beautiful in dining and lounge area. I am 💯 satisfied with my purchase thanks Briscoes.

Huge store, huge stock, always a discount. Click and collect was quite slow, and maybe when buying plates and bowls, have a option to have pre wrapped before picking up. Friendly staff.

Today I visited Henderson store with my husband. We haven’t realise now time is 6pm. 1 staff came and said now store is close and I said ok we are going. Then 1 old lady came she is working there she was shouting and staring on me store is close store is close. She doesn’t have manners, how to treat with customers. Very ridiculous

Rude staff over the counter, especially old age staff, has trouble returning items back and acting against Briscoes policy. WILL NEVER GO THERE

Towels on special and super quality. Appliance purchased online and picked up in store. Nice bloke changed over box, as the box brought out to me was damaged, with no problems at all.

Honestly love Briscoes so so much. Little pricey but you can truly tell the quality is much better than other stores e.g Kmart ,warehouse etc. One of my go to stores when buying pressies as there's always something there to suit everyone. Loooove Briscoes

Great range of goods. Most at a fair affordable prices. I bought a waffle maker here a couple of days ago which had been reduced to an excellent price. One of the checks operators kindly showed me where they were located, as being short of time, I was in and out of there within minutes.

Briscoes is one major store in the essy to find site The Boundary, 500m West of the Westcity Mall. The Boundary is a zone name for this open plan "mall". Heaps of nearby off-street vehicle parking under cover in addition to almost door-side parking The large shop is well set out with clearly defined and well maintained and stocked shelving. Some 'Super sale' and special items highlighted in separate bins and zones. Polite, pleasant, helpful team members.

Their sales go on forever even in Covid times and there is always something you need. Excellent prices, just wait until the items you need have a discount. Staff are always happy, friendly and approachable. Great place to shop and check out prices before you go anywhere to know where the best prices are. Don't assume that if it says lowest price that's it is. At Briscoes prices are always competitive.

A good place to buy your household stuff. Big store so plenty of options to choose from. Some stuff could be expensive but might long lasting. They do give customer service and can order stuff online as well.

Has everything you want and more. Great specials reasonably priced and good quality products. Friendly helpful staff.

There is a good selection of products here and the store attendants are friendly and helpful. The 'Click and collect' orders are ready by next day, even if you placed the order after their closing time, provided they have the item on site, of course. Keep up the good work!
