1. Price checkers not working 2. No staff to ask for assistance 3. Messy 4. Everything was out of place 5. Price tags incorrectly placed or not placed next to the product or not found 6. Machines not working to check out. Only a few available. When I did scan it was slow. 7. Many items not available 8. Again, very messy and poorly organised Most products poorly made low quality. Took some home and when tested they broke or didn’t work well. A few items were great, not bad copies of original products such as a copy of Sophie Giraffe ($50) except it was a Teething Llama ($14). Nice looking bamboo cot sheets. If they tidied the shop, and introduced more environmentally friendly products, had less rubbishy items and less polyester materials it would be an improvement.

Good friendly staff, parking can be a bit of issue at Westfield Albany during peak hours as always. We were there on a Sat night, the week before Xmas, the shop selves were virtually empty and some sections are rather messy. The store should have planned better for increased demand close to Xmas so providing sufficient stock to meet customer needs.

Change of mind returns are joke in this store. Bought a button cardi and it was not fit for my partner but when I was there to return this item with its original condition and tags on the girl with coloured hair in the checkout says it’s worn and she smell it few times and says can’t take it back and tells me to re gift it to someone else. I have told her it didn’t worn she just ignored and said no can’t take it back . Usually we visit this store and spend lot of money this is the first time we are there to return an item. Now we won’t visit again and try to look alternative options like warehouse or any other stores . Warehouse is way better than you best customer service and never face any trouble.

Went early today and found everything we wanted at the right price. Came away very happy before the crowds moved in. It was my husbands first time at your store and he loved it. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Very bad experience really worst! We spend approximately 45 minutes to choose things and finding more things in the rug section one indian staff member came just took our trolley without inform and place all goods again on shelves . When we asked staff members laughed how ridiculous! Night time service too much poor ! I never recommend to anyone .

Amazing service! Riley was so wonderfully helpful when we bought in a massive amount of returns. I was struggling to find the time to get in (baby) so bought a number of clothing items in different sizing online, over lots of different orders (due to ever changing stock availability). My husband found her so lovely and helpful, I can only imagine how painful it all was. Thanks so much Riley, you were so kind and patient!

Kmart Albany is located in the Westfield Albany Mall and has all the goods you'd expect to find. From housewares to bicycles, exercise equipment, clothing, shoes, electronics, giftware, makeup and loads more. Good pricing range and wide range of stocked goods so you'll be able to find almost anything you're looking to find. Even the snack aisle on the way to pay for your items, just to tempt you one last time😊 Easy parking, with hundreds of carparks available outside and underneath Westfield Mall offering hours of Free parking. Easy access off the motorway and nearby are the likes of the Warehouse, Chemist Warehouse, Cotton On etc down the road a few minutes. ASB Bank and a few others located both in the mall and nearby for that extra cash dash if needed. Coffee shops and sushi, food hall and drinks available throughout. All in all a good Mall to visit if you're looking for that one-stop shopping venue. Thanks👍

Staff member shouted across the aisle at my mum and I for opening a box of glasses that weren't on display, he claimed that everything was on display already - but they definitely weren't as my mum had come in specifically to look at those glasses. I understand we were at fault (despite there not actually being any signs to say as such), but staff could have handled the situation significantly better, perhaps come over and offer assistance rather than yell from 6m away... really soured our experience.

The old lady called (Jillian) was terribly rude and have zero respect to customers, she insulted my young son just in front of me, when I spoke to her used shortage of staff an excuse. I filed a complaint against her and the other staff seemed knew her disgusting behaviour and they didn’t surprised.

Absolutely ridiculous that KMart have the self check out in one area of the store. Not enough for the size of the store and the many shoppers. left a full trolley behind instead of queuing with a line that didn't end

I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart this Saturday I was with my son entering Kmart and I had a seizure and they helped me and also calmed my son who was desperate! thank you so much for everything now i'm fine! I just hurt my shoulder! ❤️ thank you

Don’t even bother to call. I was on hold for 26 mins just to hear them to answer and just to hung up on me.. I was trying to get I contact with them for missing amount refund. Clearly was their mistake on the system. Been a week and no one ever get that sorted out

'Disorganised' would be my word of choice for this store. The queues are massive (through no fault of the store), but are managed poorly. Self-checkout attendants aren't attentive and don't check the checkouts for abandoned transactions, which would open up more tills. The shelves have labels where products should be, yet almost none of them are relevant to the actual product above them. The only thing they have going for them are their prices and opening hours.

I left my rain jacket in the ladies fitting room today. Have tried calling them, trying every extension numbers but no one answering. I can’t get to the store until tomorrow morning. I don’t know how a customer can in touch with the store. Very very frustrating.

Your shop is chaos, your stock & displays are always a mess. Your staff are great but clearly Management need to upskill on how to manage a Retail Store

I spent almost an hour getting stuff and put them in my trolley. 2 staffs took it and i found it. I told them that is mine , they ignored and didnt even give it back to me. How shame. I felt super disappointed as a regular customer here. It was happened before a few times i've never have any problem with it, and understand it always happen, those few times, staffs apologised and give get the trolley back to me. But this time....... worse!

Homeward part of store was severely disorganized pillows, towels and other items customers had just discarded on floor. The store needs a team member to help manage this customer's had moved so much and put back in wrong place it was difficult to find things love kmart but got frustrated cause I couldn't things and some things I managed to find off my list were in random parts of the Homewares sections

Great staff and customer service but always low in stock items

I liked the size of this store, it was very big and seemed very popular. Meaning you didn't really realize how popular until you went to checkout and the line was out the gate, (so to speak). Still it wasn't an issue. They have a wide variation of sizes in clothing across the board. Men's, women's and children's of all ages, so that was a bonus. Staff were almost non-existent because they were busy, but when you needed someone they were there and very helpful. Overall, I did like this site very much and I would say it is worth the trip out there. Check it out Peeps!! Happy shopping🤗 and of course start safe out there. Masks don't bite💕

Instead of being open 24 hours, how about closing a few hours each night to tidy your shelves. Impossible to find anything. Seems no one can be bothered.

Have you ever wondered what happened to good old customer service? Although this place has some great bargains the customer service is non-existent. God forbid that you need help finding something in store as staff (usually the young ones) will find every excuse under the sun as to why they can’t offer you assistance. The best you might get is a point in the general direction of the isle which may/may not contain the product you are looking for and then you’re on your own to wander aimlessly searching. RIP - Customer Service.

I placed an online order for click in collect. Go into the store to pick it up and over half the things I ordered are missing. Did they just not have them in stock or couldn't be bothered finding them??? Regardless no one in store could tell me why. Then when I get home I get an email saying essentially "oops sorry these items weren't in stock so we refunded you." Uhm??? Like thanks for the heads up? Waste my precious time making an online click and collect order, drive all the way into the store and back, and then just straight up refund what they couldn't be bothered getting from another store??? Or like at least tell me it wasn't in stock and I would have chosen something else! Like thanks for the information... Maybe if I had known about the refund before I got home I would have bought something else while in store. But no. And wait. It gets better. This is meant to be for a little kids birthday so now I have to rush around and try find replacement presents. So who wants to be the one to come explain to this little girl why she can't have what she wanted for her birthday? Needless to say I will NOT ever be shopping here again.

The only Kmart in the area with great stock levels at the moment. Feels very spaceous and clean. Will probably come back to this one over the thats closer to me, due to this one having most of my list items in stock

A very bad experience. I ordered an item online (it was shown to be in stock at the time) and made a valid payment with my credit card. Received a refund message quickly, Kmart claimed the refund was due to the customer, but I didn't initiate a refund. Later they told me the item was out of stock. Today, 6 days later, I found out that I have not received my refund. I contacted their customer service manager again and was told they had refunded (without giving me any proof of the refund) and told me to contact the bank. I feel that the merchant is very arrogant and deceives the trust of customers.

Love K-Mart and never had a problem with products and staffs, but today’s experience was disgusting. One of the staff (very short legged girl) cursed at me and my friends for “blocking” her way while we were browsing, then started talking behind our back with one of her fellow staff. Come on K-Mart, please don’t disappoint me and other customers with such uneducated staff.

Sheree is an amazing employee. I get so so anxious with customer service and she helped me with my items and was lovely the whole time, even when I was having trouble paying. The store is big and has a lot on offer, is also pretty tidy. Wide selection of items and nice displays.

This is definitely one of the best kmart i have visited. The had heaps of collection and stock in their shelf even when it was late. Another best fact is that the staff was really great and friendly, she was happy to go back and get it for me. I would really be happy to visit there again.

Kmart is a good place to shop. I've always shopped at Kmart even when I happen to be in Australia, but this time i did not find a lot of luggage on the shelf, so I left empty handed. Hopefully, they will replenish their luggage shelf soon with cheaper priced, but good quality luggage, as a lot of people are planning to travel over seas to see loved ones.

Albany is well-stocked So much more than other Kmart much friendlier stuff very much enjoyed my shopping spree
