Love the place which is strategically located nearby a beach. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. He made recommendations of their favorites, we ordered lamb biryani, chicken manchurian, the cinnamon club special butter chicken and garlic naan. Every main course are complimented by a bowl of basmati rice. Lamb biryani was aromatic, not gamey, and not mushy. We really love spicy food, they made the spicy level just right to our liking. The butter chicken was creamy, not too sweet and chicken was so tender and rich. The best part of our dinner was the mango lassi, so refreshing tangy and sweet. A must order beverage to wash away the spiciness on you tounge. Definitely will come back another time.

The butter chicken was quite sweet despite it being medium spicy. The spice level was good though just a bit too sweet, need to tone it down a bit as it’s not that nice tasting. The rice portion for two people was only one container which I thought was a bit of a smaller portion which I thought thank goodness we added naan bread. However, it’s the naan breads were a BiG disappointment. So oily and crispy? Very confusing and weird. So the plain naan was crispy and oily. Then the garlic naan was so oily you can see the shine and the garlic flavour was still raw. It seemed like someone in the kitchen just heat up some butter or ghee and then sprinkle some dried garlic chips and then just pour it over the naan. Not very nice to eat and ruined my dinner. On top of that, parking can be quite a challenge so be aware of that if you have kids or older family members as they may have to walk a bit further if you had to park offsite.

Amazing authentic Indian food as well as Indian fusion food. This is one of my most favorite restaurants to goto. Especially because they use high quality ingredients and the food is amazing and so are the people. I either dine in or order take away for many special occasions. Love the place. Absolutely incredible experience here - both with food and service. My partner and I are visiting Auckland from London, so the bar was set pretty high considering the quality we are used to. This exceeded every expectation we had. The chef’s butter chicken special was exceptional and both the garlic and peshwari naan were particularly tasty. Thank you for such a lovely dinner! Tasty. Friendly. Portion and price were decent. The level of spiciness was a bit low, so if you like your food spicy, medium will not satisfy you.

This place is wonderful. The range of flavours that arrived at our table was fantastic. The menu can be a bit overwhelming — only because there are SO many delicious things to eat. The service was wonderful and you could tell that the restaurant team was really proud of the food they brought to the table.

My wife and I went here today with a couple of friends. We are from Auckland city and needed to get out for the day. We came here because of the rating and we can tell you we were not disappointed. It's a really nice place down by the Murray's beach. Service was really friendly and tentative. We all ordered mild because we weren't sure of the spice level, and it is one of the only indian cuisine places we have been to where it really was mild but not in a bad way. There was still heaps of flavour but no heat. When we come back here we will all order medium. Top notch place and complents to the chef(s)

We had a dinner yesterday of 4 people and food was exceptional very good and yummm. First time we went there and it really recommended to all. Very friendly service and happy to fulfill your requirements. Good location, beachfront view, parking options. Will come next time ..

We had my dad's 50th birthday today and it was an amazing experience. This is not the first time we had have food in the cinnamon club, I loved the food everytime I come here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for parties and small gathering or having a quality time with your loved ones as the atmosphere is nice and cozy.

The Cinnamon Club Indian restaurant was recommended to us by a friend and what a fantastic recommendation that turned out to be. The dishes we ordered were excellent, flavorfully spiced, with the right touch of 'heat'. We will certainly be returning to the restaurant to sample the other dishes on the menu. The people running the place were really friendly as well. I would say that this is easily the best Indian cuisine restaurant that we have eaten at in Auckland, and we have been to many such restaurants.

Quite possibly the best Indian cuisine on the North Shore. We've been here 3 times; the first we dined in; the owner is such a cheerful, lovely and passionate man who just wants to serve people to the best of his abilities. The second time, we picked up and even the fussy eater in our group thought it delicious. The third time we got it delivered, the cost of which for a distance of about 4km was so much cheaper than what we were expecting compared to most other places. Each meal though, was delicious, we've tried different curries and each time they've hit the spot. Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing place. The owner was very friendly and shows great pride in serving customers. The food was very delicious and the meat was very juicy and full of flavour. When the owner learned that we came out for my mothers birthday, he came out with a mini cake and sang happy birthday with the staff following his lead. Overall, made our night and will definitely be returning.

We visited Cinnamon club yesterday for takeaway for the first time and we were amazed with the customer service Sunil offered. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about food and helped us curate the perfect meal. The food was as amazing as the customer service. It was super yummy and authentic Indian food. We will definitely visit again for dine in.

I cannot rate this place highly enough. The food is authentic and a lot healthier than other Indian places i have been to. The service was one of the best we have seen in a long time. Thank you for making my dad's birthday so special! We'll be back for more!

Despite arriving as the last customers of the night, the staff at this restaurant gave us their undivided attention and made us feel welcome. The food was absolutely amazing and both of us were thoroughly satisfied. We couldn't believe our luck stumbling upon such a wonderful place.
