Update: went today and got the best massage I've ever had. I definitely reccomend going here. I saw Aimee and she was brilliant. My mother had gotten me a voucher for my birthday so I came in without knowing what they were going to be like. I have had quite a few massages in my time, but this was definitely the best. I like a soft gentle touch on my back and most places leave me nearly in tears it's so painful but with these ladies i actually got to relax and enjoy the whole massage. It's so good that they actually listen to their clients! It was excellent and I will definitely be going back again.

Well where do I start, first of all the staff are lovely and welcoming. The massage was absolutely AMAZING!!! 1000/10. By the end I felt like I was walking on a cloud or in a dream. The therapist I had Rhiannon was so calming and just great 😃 definitely recommend this one.

Had the spring promotion deal. It was lovely Sam was great. Felt awesome after. The only thing I didn't like was the music keeping cutting out which was distracting. I can recommend the treatment absolutely blissful

Pure Fiji Paradise Pedicure with Gel Polish with Kerryn. This was an amazing hour of self care and would love to recommend the treatment and the beautician. Being able to book online made the experience seamless. The surroundings were clean and beautifully laid out with in a villa that had an epic amount of free parking. Cant wait to try another treat off the extensive menu.

I had a one hour therapeutic massage with Samantha. Lovely massage with firm pressure just the way I like it. Also enjoyed the herbal tea, the hot stones, the hot towel and the lovely massage oil. Awesome, thanks Sam!

Awesome spa! Visiting Whakatane and wanted to chill out at the start of our vacation with a massage. Extremely accommodating Owner/Manager and staff. The massage therapists were very, very good. The oils used were great, the addition of hot stones helped, the table was comfortable and warm, and the room was nice. I would give gift cards to this spa as a gift

My combination spa treatment with Sam was very professionally done in peaceful surroundings. On holiday for a few days with my 7 year old son in Ohope. He loves a good massage, but had never had a professional one so thought we'd treat ourselves. Renee and Rhiannon were great, and my boy loved it so much that as we were leaving, he asked if we could do it again! Lovely little place, right beside The Comm, which we dined at afterward for lunch. Atmosphere was great, service too.

Renee has amazing hands. Always leave feeling relaxed pain free and ready to face the world.

I came here for the first time and was very happy, I was offered a lovely herbal tea on arrival, they were on time to take me through so no extra waiting around when i was getting a treatment in my break. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions when it came to there products and the price was very reasonable for the level of service, my brows look perfect thank you

Finally got a much needed massage, the apprentice delight with Tracy. Was so affordable and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and I feel even better the next day. I can’t wait to book in my next massage with Tracy, I couldn’t recommend her enough.
