One of the Midwest's best kept secrets! The food is excellent and worth the wait! Even with it being packed this morning, did not have to wait very long to be seated and served! The staff here is friendly and helpful, (Leslie on Saturday and Cheryl today went out of their way to make our dining experience on both days enjoyable). The price for the meals on both days very reasonable and budget friendly. Will definitely dine here again in the future!

Fantastic diner that’s exactly what I was hoping for. Classic menu, tons of pies by the slice (including sour cream raisin for you older folks), and the food came out super fast (and was delicious!).

I went here for a late lunch and they were not busy at all. We were seated right away and they took our order really quick. The cheese balls were a great appetizer. The salmon was a good sized piece and was extremely flavorful. It was seasoned well and cooked well. The mashed potatoes with the gravy were also good. I would recommend this restaurant for any meal of the day.

Harvey’s!!! No wait on a Sunday morning, quick service, lots of options. Food was great and very hot. Highly recommend the pancakes! Lots of pie options too. Can’t go wrong they have it all!

The prices are going outrageous compared to other restaurants. For a BLT and cheeseballs $21 no way. Ask for my soup to go. They said they don’t do that anymore. Eggs have gone way down but they will still charge three dollars an egg I don’t like getting ripped off even though I’ve been to this restaurant for 40 years. Salad bar has gone downhill with cheap crackers. No club crackers anymore. Bar has gone downhill with cheap crackers. No club crackers anymore. No dessert at on the bar. not even cottage cheese. And I believe it’s bag lettuce not fresh cut lettuce. I do not like anything with preservatives.

We were tourists passing though, staying overnight in N.Sioux City motel, researched on Google Maps, spotted Harvey's. Great food at unbelievable prices, great friendly service, a gem of a find, I complemented the chef personally. The only bad thing is we live 1400 miles away!

A little hole in the wall restaurant serving up darn good food. Love the potato soup! There's no counting calories here. Not fancy but completely enjoyable. Staff is friendly too.

Excellent food and even better service! Yes, it doesn't look like much from the outside or the inside, but if you've ever been to an old school cafe this place will bring on the nostalgia. Coffee was pretty good. Food was excellent. Try the pie!!!

Ordered "All U Can Eat Fish" on a Friday. 🐟 It was a to go order. The New Owner refused to give me an extra piece of fish with the order. I find it ridiculous. It's all you can eat! I've been a customer for years. 👩🏻‍🦼 I don't think I'll be going back. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Great little small family friendly dinner that serves a 3 course meal anytime of day. Awesome customer service and hostess. I highly recommend this place.

We came here from breakfast. I enjoyed the Belgian waffle, but the piece of chicken on my husband's chicken fry plate was pretty small. The iced tea and coffee were both quite weak.

Food was excellent. I love the salad bar it has so many great salads on it! The server was so sweet. Their meatloaf is amazing! I had enough leftovers for my son and I to both eat dinner! My granddaughter loved the pancake she had.

The pancakes were huge, approximately 12in in diameter. The service was phenomenal. You did not have to worry about your coffee cup going dry. This is some place I would have never tried, but was highly recommended.

We had a very large party, and the server was so awesome. This place is a typical diner type restaurant with wood paneling and Cafe style tables. The food was good and the portions were huge.

Nice diner with great food. The homemade hamburgers are the best!! I don't know if they still have the Friday all-you-can-eat dinner, but that was very good when I had it. Didn't have to ask for more - I was plenty full.

I used to love this place. Hadn't been there in a year and decided to stop in. Great salad bar, but the chicken that used to be amazing was really tough and had no flavor. Nobody in the family could eat it.

This café has a deceiving exterior. The inside is larger than I expected and there is a reason it has been in business so long. We had breakfast and a gyro. Both were delicious, pancakes, cinnamon roll were also tasty. They offer an extensive pie list, we were too full to try it. The salad bar was clean and well maintained. Our drinks never ran empty and service was prompt. The french fries are on the top of my list with a beer batter exterior. We can't wait to ride up on the bike trail for brunch again.

We had the most delicious breakfast here this morning. This place is busy, but they seat you quickly. We all had the Harvey’s Special. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the hash browns were so crispy, and your choice of toast and sausage, bacon, or ham. They give you huge portions and everything was so fresh and hot. The servers do an amazing job. It’s such a friendly place and very reasonably priced.

First time here. I don't think they get a lot of first timers here. I kind of had to ask about everything. I walked in a side door right as a waitress was walking out of kitchen w food. Darn near collided with her. I had to make my way to the front for someone to tell me to sit wherever I wanted. I had to ask for coffee refill, silverware, and also my toast. The waitress seemed a little distracted or maybe not use to someone asking for certain things? Idk...I am happy I tried a new place to eat on my business travels, but probably wouldn't go back unless I didn't have another option. I also asked for a receipt and noticed there was an extra .98 cents added to my bill and I honestly have no idea what it was for. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤔
