staff were absolutely amazing very kind and pleasant to interact with they were more than willing to accommodate our work schedule and help however possible!! Housekeeping was 10/10 Our room was immaculate, clean and very comfortable will most definitely be staying here when we come back through for work

The best Holiday Inn experience EVER!! The front desk receptionist was wonderful. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Debbie!!! I arrived late, she gave me a menu for local restaurants, they were all closed. She offered me her dinner....no joke. And....it was delicious. Thanks so much Debbie. YOU ROCK!!!

Had a business meeting here in January. Lasted for a week, 10 people checking paperwork. They kept us in drinks and coffee all day and the food was pretty good, even letting us use a utility closet to store our paperwork at night so that we didn't have to take a few hundred pounds of paper and stuff back to our cars and rooms every night. BUT the real review is that I left some soothes and jewelry there. Not only did they find it, but they KEPT IT for 4 weeks until I realized that I was missing one of my favorite dresses and called with almost zero expectations. THANK YOU. The dress was designed and tailored for me in Vietnam during a special trip, and its a huge deal that I will have it back again.

The rooms were immaculately clean, and SUPER nice. Our bed was so comfortable, we haven't gotten a good night's rest since we left. There was a ton of space for my children to move around in our room. They even personalized your stay by having your name on the television in your room when you arrive. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL, we went down both mornings we stayed. I truly did not want to leave. I will forever be an IHG customer now that I have stayed at one of these hotels. I will absolutely be recommending this place.

Doors slam shut very loudly. Housekeeping props them open, then walks down the hall closing one after another throughout the day. Impossible to take a nap. They also play their music loud in their housekeeping room. Biscuits, gravy, yogurt, apples, bananas, waffles, cereal, milk. Turkey sausage only alternative type food for breakfast. No meat free gravy, no dairy free milk alternatives. Clean room and hotel. Friendly manager. Easy location. Have stayed here a few times. Left extra long phone charger with white block in room by alarm clock in plain sight, they claimed it was not found...

Not the cheapest but you know what you're going to get. This location did not disappoint or blow us away. We like the soft mattress and fluffy comforter. We have kids who love pools and they use name brand stuff for breakfast, so we'll be back.

Extremely clean, modern hotel. It was a great location for getting on and off the highway. The breakfast was good, especially the warm cinnamon rolls. Would most definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

Yesterday I had the worst breakfast included at a Hampton Inn in OKC, so I was worried for today. BUT...amazing breakfast! The sausage, biscuits, and gravy were heaven! Thank you for a hreat start to the day. Everything else was great too. But major kudos to the breakfast chefs! 👏

Clean, comfortable and just an all around enjoyable stay. Staff at the front counter was exceptional!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife really enjoyed the number of bed pillows to choose from. Said that you definitely can't go wrong there!! Thanks for a terrific stay!

Near perfect hotel. Staff was incredible, friendly, and did a great job. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and fresh. Fantastic location next to the highway. All around a great experience.

This hotel is not your typical “crashing in the middle of a road trip” motel. It was EXTREMELY clean, the customer service was TOP NOTCH, it was family-friendly, well kept, and the modern decor was still cozy. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the comforter was warm and squishy. The amenities were fantastic, there were so many options for the continental breakfast. We left thankful and more than pleased with our stay. My one complaint would be that we didn’t have a stopper for our tub so our kids couldn’t take a bath, but that was so minor, I didn’t even mention it to the front desk.

Reserved last minute and were very accommodating. Hotel was bright and clean and so was our room. Room darkening blinds, but could hear interstate traffic at times. Not bad enough to impede on sleep though. Breakfast had a large selection of hot foods. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel and quiet. Very busy. Would stay here again. Clean and good spread for free breakfast. Staff was helpful when we needed towels or couldn’t get the TV to work. Rooms are spacious. Great for our family of 6.

Room was spacious. Service was only at check in. Saw housekeeping as I was leaving in morning, we made eye contact, but no hello. Location is not really near anything you can walk to. You're a close drive to places to eat, but alot of new construction going on right near the hotel so makes it louder and dustier also.

Clean, quiet. Nancy kept breakfast bar well stocked. Kyle at front he desk was pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Would give more stars if I could. This will be my goal to hotel when visiting Sioux City.

Breakfast was excellent, good variety for adults and kids! Location is weird, new roads and construction make getting here tricky unless you know the area, but with the building up in the area this will be fixed with time. Layout of the hotel is standard, looks like every other new Holiday Inn, we did have noise issues next to us that made it seem like the walls were thin.

This was a great hotel just 15mins away from Morningside University! Staff was friendly and respectful. Breakfast was good with lots of options. They had cookies downstairs around 3pm everyday which the kids liked. Our room was big,clean and the bathroom was a large too with a big shower! I loved that they had dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash! It's little things like that in a hotel that I love! Good quality products to use when away from home! We will stay here again soon!:)

Beautiful hotel right off of the interstate. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and it was very large & spacious! The king bed was just right with comfort and the pillows were easy to snuggle up with! The room had everything available - fridge, microwave, tv & updated charging outlets. The tv was very welcoming with our name on it and access to checkout was right at our own fingertips. The free hot breakfast was everything we could have hoped for, and more! This hotel is top notch in our books & we will be back!!

One of the best hotels stays I've had in a really long time pool and hot tub were immaculately clean. The staff was very warm and welcoming. they had hot cookies they also had happy hour where they brought a keg of beer into the lobby and served customers free beer.. And the continental breakfast was to die for

We stayed a Saturday night in January for $110 ($104 + $6 tax). The hotel is clean and new. We stayed in a King Room and there was plenty of room and a larger TV. The hot tub was great and the pool was warm. Bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was exceptional with several hot choices: eggs, sausage, sausage gravy; as well as the typical oatmeal, cereal, pastries, and juice. Despite these great things I downgraded a star for the following: the detraction for me was the TV noise from a nearby room that seemed to resonate through the walls. Also, the location is somewhat remote with nothing readily nearby within walking distance such as a restaurant or even a gas station. This is on me since I didn't do due diligence when checking the location.
