What a nice place with some great history displays and even more nature to all take in. The place is very maintained and has something for everyone. Will definitely go back for another visit.

NEVER have been disappointed when making a visit here, no matter what the season. Has a good variety of trails that are excellent for hiking, biking, cross--country skiing, snowshoeing, nature photography, etc !! The visitor's center is beautiful ! Great place to soothe the soul !!

So much wildlife!! Deer, wild Turkey, pheasant, dozens of different bird species, frogs, toads, butterflies galore. Mary's Avenue trail is a must see, don't let the description "primitive trail " intimidate you. It's a wonderfully peaceful, flat, well groomed trail. On the lake loop you may even see some Buffalo from behind a fence on the adjacent private property.

This is one of the nicest parks that I have visited. It is very well kept and maintained. There is a very nice kids playground near the entry of the park with slides and swings. We walked by foot and it is such a large place that we didn't get to explore much of the park during the time we had there because of the size of the place.

We love to walk at Adams! Have always seen more than one deer! Mostly just enjoy walking with each other and our pets. Our last visit we were able to see the house, school and church which was very interesting as well. Really cool.

I use this place for three reasons. Passing and punting a football with my youth league lineman in the grassy field near the playground. Taking short walks in the Adams Honestead. Third, to enjoy the Christmas lights show.

It was the best experience we had in South Dakota. We didn’t expect this but Cindy who volunteers there offered to take us (family of 5) on a golf cart throughout the whole 6 mile trail. We were very grateful for this as I had family members who would not be able to walk the whole trail. She was like our personal tour guide! We learned so many things that we definitely would not have noticed if we went on our own. She was very friendly and kind and we just loved her! We say turkey, deer, eagles, and rabbits. Cindy made this trip amazing for us.

Well groomed walking paths! Great for an easy walk/hike or bike ride. It was perfect for the dogs! Highly recommend if you aren't into harder hikes with big hills. I personally like more challenging hikes, but with having 2 dogs this time around it was excellent!!

A great place to go walking, jogging, biking, and many other outdoor activities. There are several trails to walk and a visitors center to stop in at where occasionally they host events

Went to Family archery night. My whole family loved it. The younger all the way to teenager. Great instructor. The playground was very unique and fun for the kids. Clean, well kept bathrooms. Can fill water bottles in the fountain in the hallway by the bathrooms. Didn’t do all the trails, but what I saw they are very well maintained. Will definitely go back.
