I
stayed
in
this
hotel
for
3
days,
while
I
attended
a
funeral.
The
rooms
were
adequate,
but
the
breakfast
wasn't
great.
I
wouldn't
call
it
a
"hot
breakfast".
There
were
eggs,
there
were
potatoes,
there
was
bread.
While
I
was
here,
there
was
bus
after
bus
of
different
people
staying.
The
place
was
noisy.
The
hallway
was
crowded.
There
was
a
wait
for
breakfast.
When
I
went
to
check
out,
I
was
told
that
I
couldn't
get
a
receipt
because
I
had
made
reservations
via
Expedia.
The
lady
at
the
desk
held
up
the
card
that
they
had
made
and
shook
it
in
my
face,
as
if
I
were
supposed
to
know
their
business
practices.
Quite
honestly,
if
you
take
a
person's
credit
card
(as
they
did
here
for
'expenses')
then
you
own
them
a
receipt.
It
doesn't
matter
how
the
reservation
was
made.
Quite
honestly,
even
for
the
price
this
place
wasn't
worth
it.
I
wouldn't
trust
these
people.
Edit
-
The
response
to
my
post
is
interesting.
For
context,
I
stayed
at
this
hotel
because
I
was
attending
a
funeral
for
my
father.
It's
so
great
that
"our
corporate
overlords"
have
the
time
and
energy
to
respond
to
me
in
such
a
fruitful
and
compassionate
way.
Yes,
this
is
sarcasm.
Its
your
relationship
with
Expedia
that
is
stopping
you
from
generating
a
receipt,
right?
Why
is
that
my
problem?
Your
suggestion
is
to
directly
book
my
stay,
right?
My
problem
again.
I
don't
care
what
your
relationship
with
Expedia
is.
I.
Don't.
Care.
You
ran
my
card.
I
had
to
hand
it
over
when
I
checked
in.
I
didn't
get
a
receipt.
Why
is
your
relationship
with
Expedia
relevant
here?
It
is
easy
to
deflect,
sure,
but
it
has
nothing
to
do
with
anything.
Expedia
didn't
run
my
card
when
I
arrived
at
the
hotel,
you
did.
Get
better
at
customer
service.
That's
what
I'm
asking
you
to
do.
Not
sure
why
that's
so
complicated.
