When you have limited resources and sick, La Clinica is more than adequate. It is true that the receptionists are disinterested and are more focused on their looks than yours! The wait times are long and there are no Televisions on either of the lobbys. Great Dr.'s who care and nurses that do as best they can with limited staff. The Receptionists all need to go to some training and leave their narcissistic attitudes elsewhere.

My whole family and I go to the East Side Family Clinic (one of their locations). We love the doctors. They are very personal and passionate about helping others. However, the wait times are horrendous and the staff are unresponsive! I took my son here to get a flu shot and our appointment was over one hour late. We had appointments scheduled at other clinics, so we just left without even being called up. Beware, it is very hard to get same-day appointments. I left the Billing Dept a voicemail on a Friday afternoon and by Thursday of the following week, I still didn't receive a call back. I complained to the branch manager and even she didn't respond to my email. I emailed them twice. I have medical insurance through my employer and could go elsewhere, but I really like our doctors here, so I grit my teeth and try to make it work. I am unsure how much longer I can take this horrible customer service.

My daughter had a uti they told me we would get results in 20-30 minutes a whole day passed and nothing they knew she has 3 days with this and she’s been crying all day of the Pain worst place to take your kids

I've been going to La Clinica for twenty years. All the doctor's are excellent. They always treat you with dignity and respect. The entire staff is wonderful. Everyone listens to what you have to say. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Sincerely Kendrick Morrison.

Everyone I have ever met at this office is always genuinely caring. Whether it be the front desk, the nurses, or the doctors, I never have had a bad experience. A big shout out to the team that offers financial assistance, if needed, but even moreso, the pharmacy staff. They go out of their way to get you discounts, if needed, and are very knowledgeable of the medications I have been prescribed. A lot of people have reviewed that this clinic takes a long time to either get an appointment or wait to be seen. I have never experienced that. I made my appointment online and they gave me an appointment 2 days later at the perfect time slot (maybe I was lucky and there was a recent cancellation), but then I got called by the nurse before I could even write down my last name on the paperwork. I love this place. And thanks to a great experience from Dr. Banfield.

Affordable healthcare but customer service needs a huge improvement. The wait time is +50 min and I just wanted to get an statement. Left a vm bust they never called me back

Dr Ryan is an amazing Doctor. He takes his time to listen and he makes me feel safe. I am thankful to have him as my primary physician.

Dr. Hanson and his team are amazing!!! This has been the best care team I’ve experienced. His assistant Jimena is so kind and cheerful, her spirits always uplift me. Dr. Hanson’s skills in the chiropractor field go unmatched. I never leave his office disappointed! 10/10 would recommend seeing him.

I switched my health care to La Clinica last year. Their front staff people are amazing--they listen to understand and patiently work to get me the information or appointment I need. I've seen 2 providers: a NP and dentist. Both gave excellent care. They took time to educate me on health issues that were important to me. I highly recommend La Clinica.

The receptionist are extremely unprofessional and rude. The wait times are outrageous and my Dr is hard to get an appointment with unless it's 3+ weeks in advance which is ridiculous. I certainly wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

The clinic has a different name. Front desk staff will not make an appointment for you. You have to call a number. I called the number to make an appointment and was on hold for 2.5 hours. I went into the clinic and 5 front desk staff were talking amongst themselves and I asked for an appointment in Spanish. I was told they couldn't make one for me. "It's the people down in the basement that make appointments and you have to call." I was asked if I spoke English. I said yes. "Then be sure to press English, to get an appointment.' Discrimination. This is called Discrimination. And it will be reported to my political representatives and the BBB and Attorney General. And I will go down straight to the basement to get an appointment and speak Spanish.

I lost my health insurance and dr moved to clinic. I am finally able to refill my inhaler for like 25$ when they all wanted almost 500.00 to fill it Tegan Presley is amazing. She’ll work with you and keeps at it until she finds some answers

Chris Hanson is an excellent chiropractor. In addition to any adjustments he makes, he listens well and offers valuable professional insight. I highly recommend him.

Tha nurse and the Dr are very kind and professional. They do their job on time and provided me with all the information necessary about my health,medicines , vaccines and the next appointment. I'm very happy with the service, the nurse (Stela) and the Dr Sidhu makes a great team. 👍 😍

My doctor was amazing, helpful, kind, very sweet and gentle. She worked me through everything I needed and listened to me attentively. Answered all my questions about my worries and made sure I was good before I left.

The doctor was very good. She treated my kids as a patient not a customers. I will recommend it to another people.

I didn’t want to put even one star but the only chance to post is give at least one star but that doctor doesn’t deserve it. Hard time to get an appointment and I totally waste the opportunity to get professional help to my son, very unprofessional, I was very worried about my son’s health but she didn’t take time to examine my son and notice that he had several symptoms that a doctor should not pass up. The next appointment available for another care giver until October 16 but to late my son was hospitalized since Oct 08 to Oct 16. If she can take professional time to hear my worries and examine my son maybe has less damage that he has now.

Everybody at La Clinica was helpful, courteous and friendly. It was my first trip there for a pre-op exam and I was a nervous wreck. The whole ecperience was reassuring and calming. Dr. Benefield was great. I feel more prepared and at ease about the coming surgery.

My Dr, Tegan is the best Doctor in the World. I truly would be lost without her. And the staff at La Clinica. Nurse Nina and Julie are awesome.

Susan Benfield, has been my primary Doctor for a while now. Before her I had a hard time connecting with my doctors and believing that they actually cared about me and my well being…hard to find a primary who actually cares for Their patients and understands their health issues and concerns… So happy to call her my Primary doctor.. blessed to have a doctor who actually cares!!!!

I’ve had SO MANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED on the day of my appointment! I was only able to get an appointment to see my doc three different times, all a month out from when I attempted to set up the appointments too. I’ve also had several issues with getting my meds from the pharmacy. Meds that I needed! As far as them telling you to come 15 minutes early to the appointment, I always have & still end up waiting for literally over an hour to be seen. Just had an experience where a medical assistant, or nurse, or whatever she is, did the blood pressure cuff too tight on my arm before starting the machine & it was pinching & hurting A LOT! When I calmly told her that the cuff was hurting me a lot she said calmly as well, “I need you to stop talking”. Didn’t apologize for the pain or readjust the cuff, just kept doing what she was doing until the machine was done doing its thing. For over twenty minutes after the fact there was a red mark on my arm. If I had a ton of other options for places to receive healthcare, please believe I would be going elsewhere! This service is atrocious! I love my doctor & some of the nurses & other medical assistants I’ve seen here. They’re respectful & helpful, but something else is seriously wrong with this place. They need to get it together.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I’ll make an appointment & they cancel on me last minute (happened 3 times already). Also my mother went here for years & she would constantly complain about pain in her head & they kept telling her she was fine. Finally she went to a second opinion & turns out she had a brain tumor. This clinic is a joke.
