The staff are super sweet and kind when booking, asking questions about waxing, and they put you at ease when you are doing your first booking. I had Marissa do my waxing and it was quick, and she informed me a lot of new things about waxing. She is nice and efficient with the application!

Eloise is a gifted wax specialist! She takes time to pay attention to small details that make all the difference. 10/10 recommend asking for her. I wasn’t planning on buying a package when I went in, but I bought one after she was my specialist!

First time here and Serenity was great! She was fast and gave me exactly what I had asked for. The front desk ladies were awesome too, friendly & great customer service. Good job ladies!

I can't say enough great things about this European Wax Center location on Grand Ave. St Paul, MN. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and discreet. Facilities are clean and there's often a good promotional deal on their services and/or products. Marissa is my favorite associate because she's super professional, knowledgeable, neat and fast with waxing, and really down to-earth. ⭐️💗💯

Alante was the best esti girl I had from this establishment and I have been going to European wax for a very long time! She was very quick! Did not try to chat me up and was super efficient! She also mad great product recommendations and gave me a free sample which I was never offered before at any other European wax! Definitely will be coming back for more services!!! Serenity is excellent! My first time ever getting Brazilian waxed and she was very chill and professional- she got it done fast and efficiently. Will def be back should I need anything more done. Front desk girl was also very nice and made sure I got my first time discount ^_^
