This is not a path lab, it’s a pathetic lab. The staff doesn’t know to operate the machines, Hygiene is also very poor and the staff Is incapable. Pleeeease avoid this centre. We went for a simple X-ray but the technician kept telling us stories but actually didn’t know to operate the machine only. The staff was totally unbothered. I have visited several Lal path labs in NCR and all have been good, but this one is an exception in all aspects

Worst lab for senior citizens ! Don't visit as the staff has no respect and kindness towards the patients coming for tests. I visited the lab with my father on 19/1/2024 for my grandmother's x-ray, ECG and blood test. My father enquired a day before about the wheel chair accessibility for my grandmother as she is 85 and has difficulty in walking. We were given the time slot of 9:30 am.But when we reached there next morning, we were told that there is no staff and the patient has to climb the stairs even if she can't. With great difficulty, my grandmother was able to take all the required tests. When we were going back , we asked for the wheel chair again as it was 11:30 am but the receptionist told that there is still no staff for wheel chair accessibility and also told that the ramp was broken and it can't be used. Due to this whole drama by Dr.Lal Pathkabs Staff members , my grandmother's condition worsened as she had to walk a lot even if she couldn’t.

Definitely understaffed, only visit if you have 2 hours to spare for a simple blood test and ultrasound. Not recommended

Dr lal paths labs ashoka vihar is not recommended. The receptionist during the morning time is very rude. When she was asked about a test continously for 7-8 times, she said that the test is not available (we had gone behalf of the insurance company) but as soon as we asked that if through cash can it be done she agreed. We waited for over an hour but she didn't communicate clearly and when we confronted her she was hella rude and started screaming at us.
