Everything went smooth, no issue when picking the car. The staff is very friendly, helpful and they speak very well english and hindi We had no issue with the car, no surprises, as everything was well explained over the phone when we decided to hire the car, using the intertet banking only. The most we appreciated the easy process we had to leave for the 2 days of rental. This review is applicable for our Journey to Kearnath and Badrinath and we can’t say about other destination tour package. We booked a Two Dham Yatra (Kedarnath and Badrinath) package in June 2019 with Robert and it was completely horrible. Even after tour confirmation, the hotels were not booked. After such a long exhausting journey on the way to Kedarnath and Badrinath, its absolutely difficult to put your efforts in searching hotels. We were insisting them to take advance payment, but the agency don't have any options for international credit card payment and from Bangladesh it is only way to make payment. One of the biggest drawbacks of this travel agency are not having the proper network and communicate necessary information well in advance. They never mentioned/communicated that they can't book the tour until we made the advance payment. All the time they just said "Don't Worry". Otherwise, we could have search another travel agency to book our tour. It looks like, only Robert is managing the entire travel agency without any supporting hand. Moreover, they have few ideas about the Keadarnath and Badrinath yatra procedure. For instances, taking online permission well in advance instead of physical permission would made our life easier which wasn’t the case. It took around 2 hours to get physical permission in Sonprayag that could have been avoided. After 16 KM trekking to Kedarnath, we had to search hotel. The agency took us like a test case in exploring their Kedarnath and Badrinath journey. The driver was good in terms of driving but when it comes to guiding us, it is entirely awful. Worst experience. Assuming that similar experience will be also applicable for Gangotri and Yumuntri Dham. Would not recommend anyone to book Kedarnth, Badrinath, Gangotri and Yamunotri tour with Indian Tour and Travel.
