Please cut the receptionist some slack. She works with a terrible person, which is the Chinese doctor who has a NASTY attitude. That is probably why she is always frustrated cuz I'd hate my life too if I had to work with him. I was trying to explain my illness to him, and he KEPT interrupting me the ENTIRE time, and claimed I changed my story when I did not. He just has terrible listening skills. I don't know how he still has his license but please do not provide this clinic business. He is unprofessional, rude and the most disgusting doctor that works there. Save yourself the time and energy and go elsewhere unless you want to be spoken down to and misdiagnosed.

This doctors office is absolutely terrible. With an exception or Dr. Nath, this entire establishment is a joke. The receptionist at the front is so rude, condescending and dismissive. But if you get sent to Dr Vo just go home. He cannot speak one lick of english ( which would be fine if he were respectful ) and then has the audacity to tell you, that you don’t understand him. I don’t know how he got his medical license, he will rush you out of the office and interrupt you while you speak all just to get you out of there. He is extremely disrespectful and gets into fights with clients every visit. Unless your visiting Dr Nath i would not go here it’s disgusting. They should 100% be investigated and shut down.

Super rude doctor I do not recommend it anybody this place

I went there to book an appointment. The door was locked! A lady unlocked the door and told me I could book an appointment by calling their phone number. I told her “Why I need to call you, I’m already here.” She said because of she was very busy 🙂. That was so ridiculus! I called them in a minute in their parking lot and the same lady answered me on the phone and after she asked me my birth day she told me I need to come for registration to the clinic next day I said I was already in their parking lot. And why she didn’t do that when I was in the clinic? She told me She didn’t know I was a new patient. I told her “You didn’t ask me” like a joke !!! Of course I did not book an appointment with them.

The worst clinic ever. the lady in the reception is very unprofessional and extremely rude. the doctor VO was only talking to himself in broken English and accused me of not understanding him for my education level. I highly agree with the comment below. They don't give a damn about the patient. Never go to this place.

Super rude doctor... right before I was billed, the doctor came in and asked me what's wrong.. He told me to go away, go away, and he doesn't want to treat me..

Worst service of receptionist and rude behaviour of doctor Dr. David Vo. Miscommunication while booking appointment and make me wait for hours. I wont recommend anyone

I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. I would give them zero point if I had a chance. It is 1:30 now and front desk lady told me that they are closed due to over reservations. It says they close 4 pm and walk in clinic!

Disgusting people, disgusting service. I was told they would not accept anyone with a cough. Despicable behavior for a walk in clinic, that suddenly switched to being appointment only and refuses service for a VISIBLY SICK individual. If the owner is reading this, who do you help if not the sick?!?

My husband has many health issues and Dr. Vo is so gracious to call us and discuss the lab result,, even if the result is normal he would still call and say" nothing to worry today, your result is fine".... 4 days before our flight my foot got infected and I couldn't walk, I went to my previous Dr, who prescribed me something but had worsen the infection, then I tried to visit Dr. Vo for the first time, he told me " take this, if you still cannot walk by tomorrow, come back here before going to the airport, but I am sure you won't come here tomorrow" sure enough, after the first dose, I could slowly stand. At Pearson I used the wheelchair and after a 21 hr flight I walked out of the airport walking....the meds that Dr.Vo prescribed was so effective .He is sharp and quick to diagnose.

I just visited this clinic now and the receptionist was so rude. I didn't even check the review before walking in. My God I just collected my health card from her and walk away.

The receptionist would be one of the most inhumane person you’d ever meet. Dont come here, you deserve to be treat like a human being and what they offer here

Very rude staff. I went with a medical emergency well before they closed and they turned me away. The woman at the front desk literally waved me off and told me to go away.

This is literally the worst clinic I've ever been to and I've spent half my life living in a 3rd world country. The people working up-front are really unprofessional and so is their only doctor. When the doctor was asking me about basic facts about my background and where I'd been to for my tetanus shot he felt the need to constantly correct me as though he had lived my life for me somehow, and did the same thing when I was carrying out the simple act of stating the symptoms. If York Lanes' clinic is closed or fully booked and you thought this would be the next best thing given how close it is, do yourself a favour and just go to a clinic outside the York area since just about all of them are as awful as this place.
