Awesome facility, people and class, everyone there is really considerate kind and helpful. I have had so many memorable experiences and have made so many friends because of MWF. Allen does an absolute great job in giving space for people who only do open gym and prefer not to take the class. Whatever u do. Breaking, tricking, gymnastics and most importantly learning. It's all here for you at MWF! 5 stars :)

Geat open gym sessions! This is one of the few places in Southern Ontario that has open mat sessions for Adults. The gym is very heavily catered for female gymnastics i.e. This facility is a great option for enrolling your daughters into gymnastics. Management needs work but it's similar to what has happened to the management of other gyms due to the economic effects of the pandemic.

Such a fun place to get some gymnastics moves in! Very accommodating to all ranges of skill levels. You'll meet random stunt performers doing their training as well as beginners coming in for their first time and getting a great workout. Allen and the coaches are great. You can choose to join the warmup/intro sessions that include trampoline work, stretching/conditioning (Allen makes this part really fun!), and finally tumbling warmup. After that, you have free time to do your own practice or ask others for help. Definitely worth trying out the drop-in sessions. You'll usually know within the first few sessions if this is something you want to continue.

Awesome program, the gym has lots of space and ample equipment. I enjoy the guided warm ups for open gym. My friends and I really enjoy coming here to train. There's a really friendly vibe throughout the gym and other athletes are very good about sharing the space. Alan is lovely.

Allen is very technical in his teachings - making it very easy to understand the pathway to mastering a technique. In addition, his classes are a lot of fun with a great community. Thanks Allen!

Fantastic space, great spirited people. Felt so free to move however I wanted - like a kid again, while taking Allen's class for the first time. I recommend it to all that are interested!

I’ve been having a blast attending this open gym!! It’s a great, approachable group of all skill levels & incredibly supportive instructors. I find it’s structured perfectly, the first hour/hour and a half dedicated to a great warm up, stretching, conditioning, and the rest is free time to use how you’d like. This has been key, as I was worried there’d be a physical barrier re-approaching intense tumbling as an adult, but the in-depth warm ups have supported my body, prevented any strain or injuries, and lead me to accomplish skills I wouldn’t have imagined I’d be able to throw again! This has got to be the best program for adults looking to learn or redevelop their skills on a drop-in basis, with great coaching, and a fantastic group of athletes, both beginner and experienced, who have and exchange their various knowledge in acro, gymnastics, martial arts, etc.! I’d highly recommend this program and can’t wait to continue attending!
