Booked
a
service
for
my
birthday,
my
first
time
going
out
to
dinner
in
over
a
year.
The
stylist
asked
what
I
wanted
done
and
I
asked
for
the
āHolly
Wouldā
style
which
is
supposed
to
be
full
of
large
voluminous
curls.
Iāve
had
this
style
done
by
many
others
in
the
past
and
itās
always
beautiful.
This
stylist
did
not
take
a
single
heating
tool
to
my
hair
aside
from
the
blow
dryer.
No
curls
were
added
as
you
can
see
from
the
photos
taken
1
hour
after
my
service.
As
she
was
ending
the
service
I
asked
her
if
she
was
sure
I
was
done
and
she
said
youāre
finished.
When
I
asked
āreally?ā
she
snapped
the
towel
off
the
back
of
my
shirt
and
said
āYouāre
done.ā
I
have
never
had
a
bad
experience
here.
I
wasnāt
even
spoken
to
by
the
stylist
for
my
entire
service,
which
made
me
feel
uncomfortable
and
unwelcome.
The
girl
cashing
me
out
didnāt
ask
if
I
liked
my
hair
or
even
compliment
it
-
she
simply
told
me
my
total
and
asked
if
I
needed
the
machine?
I
called
literally
in
tears
and
crying
on
the
drive
home
and
spoke
with
someone
at
a
different
location
who
was
extremely
kind
and
apologetic
and
assured
me
that
the
manager
of
the
Bayview
Village
location
would
contact
me
during
the
following
week
to
discuss
this.
No
one
has
called.
No
one
has
emailed.
No
one
has
made
any
attempt
to
contact
me
at
all.
I
am
exceptionally
disappointed
with
Blo
Bayview
and
wonāt
be
returning
to
that
location
again.

add:
The
owner
left
a
comment
on
the
review
asking
me
to
reach
out
to
her,
which
I
did
immediately.
I
received
no
reply
for
2
weeks
and
had
to
reach
out
again.
Finally,
I
received
a
response
that
offered
me
a
$20
discount
on
another
service
to
give
them
another
chance.
Thatās
it.
No
questions
about
the
service
or
my
satisfaction
or
what
can
be
done
to
coach
employees.
No
recognition
of
error
or
on
their
part,
no
offer
to
refund,
nothing.
The
entire
point
of
it
was
to
look
good
on
this
review
and
like
she
is
trying
to
correct
a
mistake.
Iām
even
more
disappointed
now
than
I
was
before.
Be
advised
this
same
owner
owns
the
Bayview,
King
West,
Thornhill,
Vaughan,
Yonge
and
Yorkville
locations.
