We recently received a second letter from Jamie Erlick. He had mailed one about a year ago indicating a client being interested in our property. As I am sure it is common practice for realtors to solicit home owners, this letter was addressed to all four of us. Upon reviewing a few posts on here, there is cause for great concern. One individual's concern was his name was on the letterhead although doing a search of the phone listing, his wife's name would appear. The FACT that all four of our names were on this letter indicates he accessed this private information from another source. The first letter also had our four names on it. I was going to write last year to express this concern, however, there were already a few postings and a resolution from the realtor company that it was addressed. Apparently, it hasn't and this practice continues. I will be forwarding this complaint to RECO. If needed, I will express this concern the Better Business Bureau. I am not at all happy at the moment that he attained all four of our names as it is not public knowledge where you can just do a Google Search. Nowhere did we sign anything where our information would be shared with Jamie Erlick and his employer, Harvey Kalles. As Jamie is sending these letters under Harvey Kalles and continues to do so, I also hold Harvey Kalles Real Estate responsible for this matter. Rectify the matter. cc. RECO
