The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the menu had an impressive selection of drinks and toppings. As a bubble tea enthusiast, I was excited to try their famous Black Milk Tea with Crème Brûlée. After taking my first sip of the Black Milk Tea, I was blown away by the unique and complex flavours. The rich and creamy milk tea base blended perfectly with the caramelized sugar and custard flavours of the crème brûlée. I couldn’t help but eat the crème brûlée with a spoon, as it added an extra layer of creamy and delicious flavour to the drink. It was the perfect balance of sweetness, creaminess, and tea flavour. Not only was the Black Milk Tea with Crème Brûlée delicious, but the texture and consistency were also perfect. The tea was not too watery or too thick, and the crème brûlée added a delightfully chewy texture to the drink. It was a truly sensory experience, and I savoured every sip. Aside from the delicious drinks, the service at Machi Machi was also great. The staff was friendly, and knowledgeable, making the ordering process seamless. The shop was clean and well-maintained, and there was ample seating for customers to enjoy their drinks and socialize. Overall, Machi Machi’s bubble tea exceeded my expectations and is definitely worth a visit. The unique flavour combinations, perfect texture, and exceptional service make it a standout among other bubble tea shops. A popular place for boba:) their bubble teas are totally different from others as each boba has its special characteristics. The mochi redbean matcha boba comes with a skewer of mochis which are so tasty with the boba. Also for the strawberry one, it is in a special container which you can easily bring out. It’s my fave boba place so i will visit again:)

We tried the creme brulee and taro teas. Both absolutely fantastic, basically a slice of cheesecake you can drink :D Also, the little bottle is so cute.

Pretty good bubble tea. I got the black tea with grass jelly. It tasted like what you'd expect with black tea, so no complaints. A thing to note is they put less sugar than the average store. My partner got the grapefruit slush. (To me, it tasted like if you ate a flower, but my partner really enjoyed it!)

I always enjoy getting drinks here. They are some of my favourite and the quality is always consistent. The staff here are very kind and always provide instructions on how to best enjoy the drink. They have classic bbt but also some great unique ones. I like that you can order online ahead of time to pick up in store and the system is connected to their points system.

Though the drink was quite pricey, it is by far the most well made drink I've ever had. I had the Shizuoka Matcha Latte with Panna Cotta—I totally recommend it!

I order 8 drinks and i wait really long which is understandable. The bubble tea taste good, but prepare for the wait time. I saw my drinks are ready for a while but the staff wait a while before give it to me AND missing a drink. I then have to return to ask about it and she said she forgot to put in my bag :/

Ordered 2 strawberry panna cotta, 1 black tea cream foam, and 1 fizzy passion fruit orange honey jasmine green tea. The black tea cream foam was pretty good, we liked that it wasn’t too sweet when we had it with light sugar. However the fizzy green tea was really odd. There were clumps of syrup or honey, and feels like it wasn’t mixed well. One moment the drink is bitter and another moment I’m drinking straight up honey/syrup clumps. I don’t know if it wasn’t made week or it’s meant to be like this, but I did not enjoy the drink and it was not worth it.

Twenty minutes wait for a bubble tea drink when there is only few customers and three staffs working. The sushi takeout place finished our entire tasting menu box order quicker than this place finishing a drink. Drink taste good but def not worth 20 minutes wait

I recently tried the black milk tea with panna cotta at this place, and it was absolutely delightful! The combination of rich black tea and the creamy panna cotta is a match made in heaven. What made my visit even better was the friendly and helpful cashier who provided excellent service, especially since it was my first time. The only downside was that the price was a bit high, but the cute packaging and the speed at which they made my order made up for it. Maybe the food safe service could be better. Don’t get me wrong i love the store, i feel happy all the time but just this time.

The four seasons fruit tea was really refreshing and had pieces of fruit inside (pear, apple, orange, lime, passionfruit)! Their menu offers different bubble tea options than most spots. It's a cute place aesthetically too.

I just ordered a fresh taro latte and as I was drinking it, I almost swallowed a piece of plastic. Since the drink is blended, I’m not sure how many pieces of plastic I might’ve already swallowed.

This location staff seems to have very bad attitude. I asked which of the drinks are available in large size and she rolled her eyes at me. She then recommended 1,5 and 10. I ordered number 1 When I ask for large she said it doesn’t come in large. So I repeated again which drink comes in large. She was very impatient and disrespectful. She should not be working in retail. Never coming to this location again.

Pretty great taste, I actually found the strawberry Panna cotta to be a bit boring but the mochi redbean matcha creme brule is excellent. Very heavy matcha flavor with a creamy taste. The sweet creme balances out the bitter taste of the matcha, highly recommend.

The matcha red bean mochi brûlée smoothie was delicious. The mochi was good as well. I did find the matcha taste to be a little too strong. You enter Machi Machi through the door on the right side which will bring you to a sort of food court consisting of other restaurants.

Machi Machi is definitely one of my favourite bubble tea stores 💓 I have been to this location several times and the taste and quality of the drinks are always on point plus the staff is friendly and efficient. All their drinks are so good but my favourites are: Black milk tea with Crème Brûlée (with extra of golden pearls), Fresh Strawberry latte with Panna Cotta and the Handmade brown sugar latter.
